The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for up to 10 guests, including cooking basics, a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, and rice cooker.

The bedrooms are comfortably furnished: Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed and a sleeper sofa, Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and Bedroom 4 features a queen bunk bed. Additional sleeping arrangements include a Pack `n Play for young children.

Outdoor amenities include a private yard, a covered patio, an upper balcony with seating, a fire pit with seating, and a gas grill. The home is equipped with free high-speed WiFi, central A/C, and heating, an in-unit washer/dryer, and more to ensure a comfortable stay.

Guests will have access to the entire property via keyless entry. The garage accommodates 2 vehicles, and the driveway has space for 3 additional vehicles.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Access to the property: The property requires stairs for full access.

Mail: Please don`t ship any mail or packages to the home. All mail is automatically forwarded to the owner`s primary home.

Security Cameras: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the doorbell and the front of the home facing the front side. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when motion is first sensed and for 30 seconds after the last motion is detected.

Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest’s stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, you place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process and keeps cleaning costs down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.
