Go back in time at this one of a kind rustic cabin on Tim's Ford Lake. Enjoy your own private dock that is only a 2 minute drive where you can relax in the quiet cove, fish, or use our complimentary kayaks! You may also want to just hang out at the peaceful fire pit just a few steps away from your front door or relax in the hot tub and let the stress melt away. This unique cabin on the lake and quiet neighborhood is sure to bring you and your family endless memories!

This is a log cabin that was built in the 1970s. It has been well taken care of and makes for a very unique lake getaway!

3 formal bedrooms on the main level and 4 twin beds upstairs connected to the game area.

The wood fireplace inside in the living room is not functional.

Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in October and will return to normal levels in May. During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat and no swimming off the dock during this timeframe. You will not be able to sit on the dock Late November-April.

This cabin is located in a quiet golf cart neighborhood that is located on the lake.

There is also plenty of parking in the driveway for you cars and boat.

Great family vacation spot!

We came to getaway as a family and had the best stay! The dock was perfect and private. He played games and enjoyed the hot tub. Kayaking was great. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely will be coming back if we’re ever in the area again!

4 Moms in a Cabin

This was our first "girls" getaway but not our last. The house was perfect for our needs-plenty of space, a kitchen for cooking, and a nice quiet area near the lake. It was a great price as well. Since it was February we were primarily inside but we did visit the dock area which would definitely be fun when the water level is higher in the summer. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect Book Retreat

My girlfriends and I wanted to get a cabin for a couple of days for a book retreat, and this place did not disappoint! We took a walk around the neighborhood, both solo as well as in a group, and everyone felt very safe. We did end up bringing all of our own groceries, so I can’t comment on ease of finding food, but we had no problem preparing all of our meals, the hot tub was GREAT! A couple of girls took advantage of the fire pit that was also available, and had no issues. The sleeping arrangements were great as well, no one felt cramped or on top of each other.A wonderful experience!

Rustic Cabin

It was a perfect place for the six of us to stay. After our daily adventures, we came back to cook dinner, hot tub and sit by the fire. The cabin and its location were just what we needed.

So Much Beauty

Tim’s Ford State Park and Winchester were just beautiful. My Dad and I rode the golf cart to the lake and the dock is perfect. Very nautical and classy in the cabin. Outdoor lighting at night was so pretty. Truly a nice place. Great food at reasonable prices nearby.

Great for a trip with friends!

We stayed at this house for a get together with some old friends. It was perfect to relax and enjoy a quiet lake atmosphere and it had plenty of room for 10 of us to enjoy. The host was super easy to get a hold of if we ever had a question and everything about our stay was what we were expecting for a great price.

Get Getaway

My three boys and I went for a quick two day golf trip and the cabin was perfect for us to reconnect and spend quality time together. The cabin is high-end rustic with a great kitchen, den and outdoor grill. The game room upstairs was also the center of our activities. Charming place that allowed us to get a way in comfort.

Great Lake Getaway!

The home was very clean and more than comfortable. Kids loved riding the golf cart down to the lake where we kept our boat at the dock. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Trip! - Visited local distilleries

We had a great time at this house. Loved the log cabin feel, it was very cozy and with great amenities. Great communication from the owner. Visited 3 local distilleries, what a fun trip! Would absolutely come back.

Cabin rental

We celebrated twins birthday at the cabin and it was perfect . pool table, hot tub and golf cart made it even better . we definitely reccomend this for a nice relaxing getaway . the host was super awesome and so nice.

Great Guys Getaway

My husband stayed here on a guys trip, and it was everything we wanted it to be. Check in was easy, contact with the owner was quick and easy and check out was easy. Cell service wasn’t that great, but the internet speed made up for it. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were no complaints about the beds. There were 7 of us all grown men. We loved having the fire place in the living room. Would stay here again.

Lake Weekend

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway weekend. The house is very close to the lake and the golf cart ride was fun and convenient to the dock. Plenty of room and very nice. The hosts were very considerate and were in touch to make sure everything was what we expected.

Relax relax relax

Great cabin was working in the area was close to job site exceeded my expectations. Sit on the porch and relax after a long days work and enjoy all the wildlife. Had deer every evening and also saw turkeys. If you like take the golf cart a short ride to the dock and sit and relax and take in Gods beauty. Will definitely stay again when working in the area or maybe just bring the family for a nice quiet weekend. Justin and Derrick are great to work with. Really enjoyed the cookies as a extra
