It is only a 1 min walk to the community pool overlooking the lake and direct lake access for kayaks and paddleboards that we include for you! This beautiful home also has a screened in back porch with a fireplace or step outside and hang out around the fire pit! You are also centrally located and only 5 minutes from Twin Creeks Marina and downtown!

-This is beautiful boutique gated community that is lake front and has lake access and a pool over looking the lake!
-The pool and kayak launch are 1 minute walk, about 100 yards from the home. The pool is seasonal and available Memorial Day-Labor Day.
-This is an amazing cottage right next to the lake.
-All bedrooms are upstairs

-Enjoy the nearby pleasure`s of Walnut Hill Coffee Shop or have lunch/dinner at Filo`s at the Winchester Town Square.
-Jack Daniel`s Distillery is a short drive away where you can embark on a tour and tasting.
-Tim`s Ford State Park offers scenic views, walking trails, and golf at Bear Trace.
-Elk River offers Trout fishing and kayak/canoe excursions

The home is in a gated community and the homes are very close together. Outside of the community gate there is an older neighborhood.
