The coffee maker was broke but the single served worked well for us. There was no dishwasher pods and we needed to buy toilet paper and paper towels, there was only 1 in one bath and 1/2 in the other. The weather, Christmas lights and perfectly delicious meals made are vacation a 12/10.

This cottage is such a gem!!! It is very well equipped with everything you may need and more. The location is perfect. It is close to everything. You can park your car and walk everywhere. We will definitely return to this cottage in the future!

WE LOVED THIS PLACE. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS TRYING TO GET THE TV TO WORK. IT WAS TOO COMPLICATED FOR US OLD PEOPLE.

Perfect for our weekend

We were in town to attend a family wedding. We enjoyed the house and the closeness to the historic district, restaurants, shops, etc. We would stay here again!

Great St Augustine Property for a group

Great stay in St Augustine. The group loved the accommodations, it's proximity to downtown and the porch. Would return again.

Great vacation rental!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The location is perfect. 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of parking. The house is very nice and we loved hanging on the deck looking at the water. I would definitely recommend this rental and stay here again!

Long weekend stay- beautiful & spacious lakefront

Everything you could need is available for the stay, within walking distance to downtown, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very clean, big deck out back. Beautiful home and well appointed.

Great stay!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for walking into downtown while having a peaceful place to relax. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The yard is fully fenced so it was perfect for our dog as well. The deck is an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay on the lake

Stayed here for Thanksgiving. The house is on a beautiful lake. Very clean ,cute house, kitchen has a ton of supplies! Close to downtown St Augustine. Also has a trolley stop within short walking distance. We enjoyed spending our holiday here! St. Aug

Lovely Lakeside

We were very impressed with this spacious three bedroom, two bath lakefront home. All amenities were provided, and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Large relaxing deck with comfy seating overlooked the lake. Location was close to downtown. We highly recommend this property..

Great weekend getaway

Our stay in St Augustine was outstanding!! The VRBO listing sent it over the top. The place was very stocked with all essentials and was very comfortable and close to town. Parking in Old Town is difficult and this place was great, walking distance to the shopping and dining areas. The deck facing the lake was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again

First time in St Augustine

House was perfect for us. Newly renovated bathrooms and deck were very nice. Was one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to St Augustine.

Exquisite property on the lake

The property was right on the lake. Great for sitting on the deck or taking a walk. Within walking distance to all the Nights of Lights festivities. House was immaculate and well equipped. It has a cozy, calming vibe.

Wonderful stay

We were very happy with our cottage stay. We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake and spent a lot of time out there. The cottage was well stocked with all the necessities and the location was a short walk to St. George st. We will definitely want to stay again since we visit St. Augustine yearly. Thank you again.

Great time

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The place is clean and pleasant. There was not enough toilet paper and could use a cookie sheet or two. Other than that it was a great stay and we would stay again.

Girl's weekend

The property was just as it was decribed on the website. It was in a nice location and easy to get around town by foot. We spent two nights there and had plenty of space for the four of us. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the view of the lake.

Great Place for a Pet

We were very pleased with everything about the cottage. Mornings with coffee on the deck overlooking the small lake were wonderful. A fenced in backyard for my dog to run around was the best part. When the new fruit trees are grown it will only add to the relaxing ambiance! 10/10 would definitely book again.

Great place to stay!

Great location! Easy walk to George Street. The cottage was very clean, fairly large. Morning coffee overlooking the lake was quite nice. The key pad was not working but the lock box was available. We let the host know. Not that we had any other problems, but when I did have questions/comment, I just wish they could’ve answered a little quicker. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!

The property was newly renovated and clean. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room with a short walk to everything. In fact, it was hard to find the grandkids!

Overall it was pretty good. There were some minor issues. The locks on bedroom and bathroom doors didn’t work. I noticed the switch plate in the living room got hot to touch after switches were on for a while. The floors were dirty enough to get my pants dirty when kneeling down. Some of the lights weren’t working outside on the back deck. The tv’s weren’t working appropriately and mgmt was not helpful. He kept saying he has to get his son to help. For the price, my friends and I expected better.
