Great location. Host was nice and quick to reply to messages.Cute home with great parking, 4 cars fit easily.Lots of neat antique furniture and a real working old timey cash register, great decor. Clean bathrooms and a perfect amount of rooms for our family.When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

Nice older home and very convenient to old town! Owners were very communicative. It’s an older place so expect some floor creaks and a non-modern layout of rooms. Lots of great ceiling fans! Worked great for our friends group and would definitely return!

The house was exactly as described, and featured well themed turn-of-the-century decor. It was truly like stepping back into the early 1900s, in a good way. It featured modern and updated amenities that all functioned very well. By far the best benefit to the house was its 5-10 minute walk from the St. Augustine Downtown Historic District, which we took advantage of countless times. The property manager was also very communicative and accommodating.

For our large family reunion, we needed accommodations for several family members for one night. Rather than booking four separate hotel rooms, we chose this home, and we're very glad we did.The house provided plenty of space for everyone, and we all enjoyed the opportunity to stay in such a unique and historic property. The layout is a bit quirky, and the home definitely shows its age, but those characteristics only added to its charm and character. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It's not every day you get to say you stayed in a home that's over 100 years old!The host was excellent and ensured everything went smoothly. Although we had very few questions during our stay, communication was prompt and helpful whenever needed.Overall, this was a wonderful experience for our entire family. We would absolutely stay here again, especially if we have the chance to spend more time in the area. It was a memorable stay and a great addition to our family reunion.

This home is very clean and perfect location! Beds were very comfortable. So nice to have 3 updated bathrooms too! We loved the turn of the century decor. It was like stepping back in time but with modern conveniences. Beautiful home!

Everything about the house was great - very clean with ample bedrooms and bathrooms and a quiet neighborhood in the evenings. The host was extremely welcoming, communicative and responsive. One of the big attractions for our group was the location, which was awesome - within easy walking distance of downtown St. Augustine, the fort, and all the fun shops and restaurants. The house has all the latest amenities, i.e., big screen tv, wifi, and updated bathrooms! Being able to park four cars in the driveway came in especially handy for our group since it relieved us of the anxiety of having to find parking for our vehicles or having to pay for parking, which can be quite expensive in St. Augustine. Overall, I would highly recommend this house for your next trip to St. Augustine, you won't be disappointed. Finally, based on my experience with the host regarding questions/requests that I had, I can say with 100% confidence that the host is very focused on making your stay an exceptional experience.
