Location, Location, Location! (Permit 221214) This dog-friendly beach house is just a 5-mins walk away from the ocean. Designed for the beach with a large yard, you're sure to have an enjoyable stay. Head down to the beach, soak up the sun, surf the waves, or stroll along the shoreline.
Due to great natural light and furnishings, this house photographs very well but it is an older home with some older features and wear. It is a great value stay for the area!
The Space:
It is an older home and the foundation has some sloping but many upgrades and design choices have been made throughout the house to create a photographic space and relaxing stay.

- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except the storage shed in the backyard that is reserved for the owner's storage.
The Neighborhood:
You will be a short walk away from Two-Six Beach, Moran Lake Beach, & Corcoran Lagoon Beach! You'll also be a short drive from Pleasure Point, Capitola Village, a variety of restaurants, and shopping close by!
This is a quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
Getting Around:
This location is a short drive to Pleasure Point, the heart of Capitola Village, and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, New Leaf, or Lucky grocery stores are within a 10-15 minute drive. Numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping are only a few minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
While there have been many upgrades made, you may notice the foundation is built on a bit of a slope. Also, this house is generally safe for children, but please be mindful when they're playing in the backyard. The edge of the deck could be potentially hazardous for small children.
We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.

We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
