Great Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this place! Only wish there was better beach access and you didn’t have to go through the pool or walk by a bunch of stinky dumpsters to get there.

Room could have been cleaner. Previous guests under garments behind bedroom door, trash under living room furniture from previous guests, hair on bedspread and dirt. For being pet friendly, dogs only given a small patch of grass at front of property to relieve themselves. They are not permitted anywhere else on property.

We loved the location. Proximity to the pool and the ocean was amazing as was the view from the balcony. Loved the attached restaurant and bar and the heated pool, the outside of this resort is wonderful! Would have loved to have some board games or puzzles in the condo for the evenings and a larger TV but overall this place was just what we wanted. We would definitely book again.

Perfect for a Spring Break Getaway

Great location and great room. Outdoor pool could have been a little more heated but it was tolerable for most of the stay. Easy access to the beach and all around easy process from check in to check out. Great location to everything on Tybee. The granddaughters really enjoyed their time with us and made some memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 114 Beach Club for a week, with our toddler, my mom and stepdad. The unit was lovely and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Maintenance responded very quickly to our call when we discovered that the toilets kept running and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Tybee beach week

Location is good, pool and short walk to the beach. Room was clean and overlooked the pool area. The negative was the beds, they were not very comfortable at all. And the property states pet friendly and dog park, the "dog park" is just a wide grassy spot for dogs to relieve themselves it is not a dog park. No fencing except on the front and very small area, not a place for dog to play, very disappointing. And when I did let my dog pay on the grass in front of the pool, a "Karen" compained that I didn't have him in the dog park.
