Great location, easy to find and access, accessible to all Sea Trail facilities and festivities. Short distance to the beach.The host were fantastic and so easy to communicate with.The home was very cozy, clean and well setup with all the necessities.We look forward to our next stay.

Property was very clean and furnished very nicely. Check in was a breeze and our host was wonderful. She checked in on us to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. She responded to questions very quickly. This location is very nice and close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely book with this host on another visit to Sunset Beach

Great property and location! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked! Close to amenities; quiet, shaded property. Only minutes from great restaurants, Calabash, grocery store, and within sight of the bridge leading to Sunset Beach. Sarah’s Kitchen, just a few minutes away, has a great, very reasonably priced breakfast menu. Dave’s Tackle Shop around the corner has anything needed for beach fun and fishing. Beautiful park across the street from Dave’s has porch-style swings looking out over the Intercoastal Waterway. We will definitely be back!!!

Place was clean and ready for us. It was a very convenient place close to Sunset Beach. I love that the host had a list of places for eating and things to do. Always helpful in a new area. Pool was good we even had our grand children over one day to swim. We will definitely be returning. Love this area.

Awesome Getaway

This was our first time using VRBO and everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was everything and more than was advertised. The host was wonderful and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this condo and host!!

Spacious, quite and very close to Sunset Beach.

The living space is very spacious. The bedroom is also very spacious and comfortable. The AC keeps the unit cool and comfortable. Also, very quite and modern.

The Villa is awesome! It's clean, comfortable, quiet and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a 7-day vacation. The whole Sea Trail property is very well maintained. The pool/spa area had an attendant that did a great job keeping everything clean. The 3 golf courses are great to play, and each one is unique. The area of Sunset Beach/Calabasash has lots to do and many restaurants. The property owners sent us a listing of their favorite things to do and restaurant recommendations. An added bonus was having a private lot at Sunset Beach to park. We definitely will stay at the Villa again when in the area.

Clean, Comfortable and Conveniently located

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this 1 bedroom townhouse. It was conveniently located and nicely decorated, very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper goods, washer and dryer, toiletries were kindly provided and the king size bed was comfortable. The private parking lot pass for the beach and community pools and other amenities was an amazing bonus! Thank you for the great stay. We would recommend to friends and definitely rent again.

Great Get Away

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Check-in and check-out were easy. We didn't experience any issues. September is an excellent time to visit the beach. Great temperatures; not crowded. The ocean was refreshing and the water at low tide was clear up to waist deep. The available pools (a short walk from the condo) pickleball, billiards all looked nice, however we spent most of our time on the beach.

Warm and welcoming

The Condo was warm and welcoming with color and decor. It was clean, smelled fresh and had everything you would need to feel comfortable. We cooked several meals and had no problem as the kitchen was stocked. We stayed the week of Christmas and the condo was decorated with a tree and other holiday decor which was a pleasant surprise. Beach chairs and outdoor games were available for trips to the beach. Always easy to communicate with the host. The location of the condo made visiting the area easy to get around.

This place was great and exactly what I needed. I needed a spot where I could work in the evening while working locally during the day for a couple days, so I'm probably not the target audience for this 1-bedroom condo, but it was perfect for me. Super clean, and for a couple looking to stay close to the beach for a reasonable price in a beautiful spot, this was perfect. Kitchen is well equipped, family room has more seating that you will ever need (two big, very comfortable couches), and you're basically right across the street from the pool at Sea Trail. The host Natalie gave clear instructions and was great to work with. If you do need to work, kitchen table is big, and wi-fi is reliable.
