Room was clean well stocked and a great location. We stayed at this resort in 2004 and really liked the curved balcony. After 22 years the resort is well maintained with a good atmosphere. Only issue was TV in living area would not connect to wifi so we could not use it. The king size bed was outdated and not very comfortable but we still had a great stay.

Basic condo that you will stay at for the beautiful view and clean, convenient location. It sleeps 5, but the bunks need some tightening to make sturdy enough for two pre-teen bodies. Bring a pillow with you if you’re picky. Master mattress is thick and very soft. Sofa comfortably fits 5 large bodies and there are two additional seats in the living room. View is fantastic and beach access is lovely. Parking is an additional 41 and is convenient to the building. Overall, this unit has great potential to be a fantastic and comfortable rental if given some attention to detail and basic maintenance.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was spotless and well-maintained, with incredibly cozy beds that guaranteed great nights of sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, making at-home meals easy and enjoyable. We especially loved watching the sunsets from the balcony—nothing beat that view. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and dining. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable home away from home, and we’d happily return. Highly recommended!

What an amazing condo, roomy, well equipped, extraordinary view, many amenities, parking was great. Only issue was the king size bed was cheap, had a thin mattress with a memory foam topper. To have such a nice place, the mattress was sub par.

Beautiful oceanfront condo with a view of the beach/gulf from the living room and master BR. Would recommend the condo owner provide a beach umbrella and/or chairs.

Engagement trip

We stayed for a long weekend for my oldest son to propose to his longtime girlfriend. The condo was perfect with plenty of beds, the kitchen was great. The large balcony with rocking chairs was very enjoyable. Overall a great stay.

May vacation

We enjoyed staying at this clean condo, conveniently located at the beach. The respond from management was immediate and stress free. Views from the 12 floor balcony is breathtaking!

Great property. Emerald Isle is on West End of Beach which is much quieter and less crowded. Great for families. Emerald Isle also has its own great Security Staff who are actively walking around and checking in with guests at the pool, or in lobbies. Very helpful, kind, and they want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable stay. (They won’t tolerate boisterous Spring Breakers). Kids loved the heated pool and direct beach access. Condo unit was clean, and everything was in good condition. (Not worn out like some other beach properties we have stayed at). Note that if you arriving late in the evening or on the weekend, the Emerald Isle office will not re-open until Tuesday morning which can make getting your parking pass and swim bands a bit of a challenge.

In the past we would acquire our wrist bands inside our condo. This time was different as I had to check in at the main office to acquire the wrist bands. And I had to pay 40 for parking per vehicle for our entire length of time spent on our vacation. The condo was very accommodating with a few deficiencies that were a bit of a distraction. The refrigerator 2 shelves were cracked and I had to repair them so that we could utilize that valuable storage space for items that we had purchased from the store. The garbage can was a pain because you could not put a trash can liner in the can to collect the garbage. The garbage container had a lid on it and it was difficult to dispose trash in the plastic liner. Otherwise everything else was working properly. The balcony was the best. The balcony is designed in a way that surpasses all of the rest. Overall I would highly recommend this particular condominium. Outside of our room, 2 elevators out of 4 were not working and because of this you might have to wait during peak hours. It did rain a couple of days during our stay. On one occasion the water from the rain left puddles of water on the 12th floor at our front door. The beach was okay but there was seaweed presence along the coast. We enjoyed meeting with the other guests as everyone was very friendly.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an issuse with our door code and the property manager fixed it within minutes. You can text this company and you get an immediate response, which is really nice. We have stayed in this building before and we always love it. Very easy to check in, easy parking and not too crowded.
