Located only minutes away is the Island Express Ferry Service, local marinas to launch your boat, Billy’s Grocery/General Store, Fish Hook Grill, and Seaside Store/Restaurant. This home has quick access to Cedar Island, Beaufort, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach.
The space
This peaceful home has plenty of parking that is perfect for boats and a huge fenced in back yard that can be accessed either through a double or single side gate. It’s accommodated with 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, a queen sized pullout couch, laundry room, kitchen, dining, and living room. Lounge chairs are located on the front porch and back deck, along with a gas grill. Water hoses available in front and back of the house for either washing your boat, beach equipment, or anything else you may need it for.

Cash’s Cottage is located in an area that is known for great fishing throughout spring, summer, and fall months, and eminent duck hunting in the winter months. Along with fishing and hunting, the Carteret County community has many festivals year round and tournaments that attract visitors from all over.
