This cozy home off of A1A is only 3 minutes to the beach, a short walk to the intracoastal, and located on a quiet street. Enjoy the hot tub, grill, & brightly lit home, along with the superb location right within the Hammock of Palm Coast. You'll love the spacious yard and tropical surroundings. Only a few minutes down to Flagler Beach or a short drive to St. Augustine. This home is filled with designed touches to make your stay beautiful and comfortable!

We renovated this property and couldn't let it go. It's now our family's vacation home and we LOVE to share it with you.

This is on a property with another. This is the smaller cottage and is private with a yard + private hot tub. Each has separate parking and yards. You will not see those guests (unless you choose to use the shared laundry garage connected to the house).

We have three kids, so we've provided some kid-friendly items. (Highchair, pack n' play, cornhole, etc).

If you are traveling with a large party and want to rent out both, you can check the availability. Please click on our host photo and see our other listing to compare calendars.

Guest access
The main house's garage is a shared laundry room, with beach chairs & towels, and cornhole! This is the only time you may run into other guests.

Hallmark Movie Approved!

This rental property is very clean, comfy, and it's beautifully appointed. Perfectly located within a short distance of everything you'll want to see, yet secluded, giving you a cabin getaway feel. As mentioned in the property description, the water runs cold in the shower rather quickly. Not sure if this was due to the other cottage located on the property being used too, or not, but it was a little shock to the system. Not a huge issue for us, as ice baths are all the rage now anyway :) The only thing that was a bit of a bummer, is the hot tub and outside lights kept shorting, and we had to reset the GFCI outlet multiple.. no real biggie, but definitely a slight inconvenience. Also one of the two trash cans on the property (located away from the house) was completely full and smelled like it missed a couple of trash runs. Not a biggie, and I'm only mentioning it because you're asked to remove all trash from the property upon your departure. This was not an inconvenience as we only stayed for two nights, but I could see if we were there longer, we'd run into a capacity issue. Again, only mentioning for improvement purposes. Aside from those MINOR ISSUES, everything was pretty perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with the majority of everything you need. The grill and the fireplace add another home element for relaxation. Please don't let the 4 star deter you from this rental.. as they were VERY minor inconveniences. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK and can't wait!!!!!!

Chelsie is an official nerd at heart who yard sales on the weekend and could live off breakfast food. Ryan didn't see Lord of the Rings until he was 23 (weird, I know) and keeps hoping lumberjack beards will come back in style. Together we host friends at our airbnbs and travel the world!
