This gorgeous property is located in a quiet community with a 360 view of mountains. If you are looking to getaway, this is the spot for you.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
The City of Indio strictly enforces the use of amplified music outdoors - must be limited to cell phone level volume during the day. An outdoor Sonos speaker that complies with the city's guidelines will be available to guests. Please use this speaker only. Quiet Hours are between 10pm-8am. Overall, we ask that your group be respectful of the neighbors (:

---ABOUT THE PROPERTY---
As you enter the property, there is a set of rocking chairs in the courtyard, perfect for enjoying your coffee in the morning or sunset views in the evening.

Four Smart TVs can be found throughout the home.

ADA Accessible on first floor of home; please be aware that there is not a shower on the first floor.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Please note, all bedrooms are located on second floor. Helps keep the party separate (: Room configurations are as follows:
Primary Room - King Bed
Room 2 - Queen Daybed w/ Queen Trundle
Room 3 - Two Full Size Beds
-Futon is located downstairs in the Fireplace Room
-Blowup mattress, extra blankets and pillows are provided as well.

DESK/ WORKSPACE:
Located in Room 3, can double as workspace or makeup vanity!

KIDS/BABIES:
We strive to accommodate groups of all shapes and sizes! You can find the following: Pac N' Play, sound machine, highchair and a safety gate for stairs.
Like everything else, please reach out with special accommodations and my team and I will do our best to make it happen (: There is also a fun little reading nook under the stairs that kids love!

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is stocked with all of your basic cooking needs. There is a filtered water faucet at the kitchen sink. Please reach out with anything specifics that your group may need for your stay. My team and I will do our best to make it happen (:

COFFEE/TEA BAR:
Stocked with all the basics! There is both a Keurig and 12-cup drip coffee maker. Enjoy herbal tea options as well.

GAME ROOM:
Located in the garage, this *air conditioned* game room has it all! Entertain your family and friends with a game of pool or table tennis. Grab a frosted beer mug from the freezer and fill it with your fav beverage. Choose from a variety of classic arcade games like PacMan, Asteroids, Buck Hunter and more! There is a dart board and SmartTV as well!

BACKYARD:
Enjoy, entertain, and relax in the brand new pool and spa! Spa heat is complimentary as our way of saying thank you for choosing us!
---Pool can be heated upon request for a surcharge in the winter months (Sept-May)---

Enjoy some fun pool floaties. Soak up the sun on loungers and hang out on a set of swings. Grill up a gourmet meal on the BBQ and sit around the gas firepit with a glass of wine. Outdoor games include a 1/2 court pickle ball net, cornhole, giant jenga, and giant tic-tac-toe!

This property is not suitable for pets.

PARKING:
Driveway fits 3 cars, free street parking in front of house. Please be courteous of neighbors and do not block driveways.
