Smuk Oceanfront luksusvilla i Bucerias (La Cruz de Huancaxtle, Puerto Vallarta), 3 soveværelser, 3 badeværelser, privat infinity-pool, tennisbaner, fitnesscenter, spa, bar-restaurant og private sandstrande. Privat kompleks omgivet af mange pool, palapas og grill. Privat sikkerhed 24 timer i døgnet.
Villaen er fuldt møbleret. Rustfrie stålapparater. Behøver ikke medbringe noget hjemmefra. Villaer inkluderet, køleskab, mikrobølgeovn, brødrister, blender, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, bortskaffelse af affald, ovn, kaffemaskine, redskaber i rustfrit stål, tallerkener, kopper, ekstra håndklæde og puder bare for mange synes at liste. Husholdning om ugen under dit ophold. Udsigten er uden sidestykke, dejlig kølig brise, der flyder over hele stuen gennem køkkenet, lige og uforglemmeligt sted at tilbringe din ferie. Skibsføreren og gæsteværelset har en king size seng. Det tredje værelse har to dronningstørrelser og en individuel seng. Hvert værelse har sit eget badeværelse. Very Nice!

We really enjoyed the property. Numerous pools and the restaurant and bar was close to condo. The view was magical and the beach was private. It would have been nice to have the hot tub clean and working. We will return!

A little bit of paradise

This place is amazing. Location is incredible. So close to all the pools and the finicular. Also amazing pool and quick access to the beach. 3 large rooms with AC. Amazing for families. Kitchen is insanely stocked. Nothing to complain about. Will be back every year. The host / owner was so responsive and helpful - truly the best we’ve ever had.

Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo

My daughter and I stayed in Arrecife 1 for five days. Everything was perfect. The open feel of the unit, the overall layout, and in particular the private infinity pool, combined to make for a wonderful getaway spot. The community itself is beautiful, well maintained, and secure. We had a car, making trips to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita a breeze. I highly recommend Arrecife 1 for couples, friend groups, and families. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful Place

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The owner, Alejandro, was very communicative (WhatsApp is best) and helpful. There was a cost discrepancy with the housecleaning, and he fixed it immediately. The place is a bit difficult to navigate if you don't have a car- getting groceries and liquor and drinking water was a bit of a trial, but the public busses pass by and go into town pretty regularly. The taxis waiting outside the complex will charge much more than Uber, although Uber will take longer to get to you- but what's an extra 15 mins when you're on vacation, right? Heads up- the restaurant right next door is somewhat expensive AND only takes cash, so plan accordingly. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Conchita, a professional chef who prepared absolutely stunning and delicious meals for us. Alejandro put us in touch with her and it absolutely made our vacation. The beach in front of the house is not good for swimming, but we didn't even miss it because the multiple pools are so great. And there are pelicans right there ALL THE TIME!! It was so cool to watch them dive for their breakfast. I would definitely rent this place again- it is a perfect 8-person house.

beautiful outdoor space; indoor space not as advertised

the location and outdoor space was absolutely fantastic, however we were somewhat disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the unit(we needed to sweep the floor on the day we arrived); upon arrival the dishwasher and overhead vent were not working and although we requested bottled water (probably 8 times over our 13 day stay), we had not received any bottled water. This was a concern as we were travelling with a 5 month old baby and the bottled water was needed for making formula (very thankful for my sister who has a residence in LA CRUZ, she brought us bottled water several times.) I don't think the unit should be advertised with a fully functioning kitchen, when we had two appliances not working for the first 2 days of our visit. I also noticed on the ad that once a week housekeeping in included (we did not get any housekeeping during our 13 day stay). Our overall visit was great, we enjoyed the outdoor space, and spending time visiting our family in La Cruz, however the indoor space was a disappointment

Clean and quiet family vacation

The villa was clean and beautiful, a few steps from the ocean. Check-in was a breeze and the property manager was quick to respond and help. The complex is kept well and the staff were always nice. A little restaurant is onsite for days you don't feel like cooking, everything we ate there was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get away.

A slice of paradise!

We enjoyed an 8 day stay at Arricefe 1 in the Punta Esmeralda complex. We were a bit nervous since we hadn't seen a recent review and the photos had not been updated, but we were really pleasantly surprised. The complex is wonderful, the unit is in really great shape and the view/personal pool are truly incredible. In addition, the restaurant is right next door and they will happily deliver as a "room service" offering. We took advantage of this often. There are three menus/day and the offering is diverse and really excellent. The owner was on the property during our stay as he is having some "refreshes" done to his units. He had just painted and was having new outdoor cushions made that were being delivered right after our stay. So he really DOES keep on top of the units - making sure everything is in working order and updating where necessary. We would definitely come back to this property again. The view, the sounds of the ocean, the private pool and the restaurant offering room service all made this a 5 star experience for us! We also had Conchita, the cook that was recommended, come and prepare meals for us. That worked out really well also! I find it hard to imagine that anyone would not be 100% happy with this property. Unless you're looking for a party place with lots of nightlife, this is the place for you!

Paradise in Bucerias Mexico

Our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids ages 7 & 8) rented Arrecife 1, a condo that is part of a large, secure condominium community in Punta Esmeralda, just north of Bucerias, Mexico. The condo we rented was called Arrecife 1 and it is on the ground floor of the Arrecife group of condos. We LOVED the location as it is steps from the beach (which is very rocky so don't expect to swim much) and steps from the restaurant. The view was spectacular and the pool was simply fantastic for our children. We also visited the pool by the restaurant, which was equally beautiful. You can order drinks for you / ice cream for the kids. Bring pesos as they don't take credit card. Breakfast was our favorite meal at the restaurant, which also serves lunch and dinner (they do not close at 5 PM as some of the other posts indicate but were closed on Tuesday). They will even deliver to your room. We visited a local grocery store (La Comer) to get supplies on our first day. For day trips...we went to Puerto Vallarta, which is about a 30 minute ride by taxi and Bucerias. There is a market in Bucerias and the restaurant we visited was really good. We chose not to leave the property much as we just wanted to relax and swim. We paid a cook to make a meal one evening (recommended by Alejandro) and it was FANTASTIC! Overall, we really enjoyed the condo, the location and Alejandro was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely go back.

We are a family of five adults who vacationed at this property for 10 days in February 2020. The unit was as described; it was spacious and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor patio and pool at the unit were wonderful, which is where we spent most afternoons. There are also several larger pools throughout the complex, which can be used by anyone. There is one restaurant on site - it has a limited menu, but very good food. The Town of Bucerias is a 30-minute walk along the beach, where there are many restaurants to enjoy. There is a bus stop just outside the complex for local buses. The Property Manager, Assir, was always responsive and available by text if we needed anything or had any questions. We were also able to rent paddleboards, which was fun. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again at Punta Esmeralda.

Thanksgiving

We had such a great time during our stay at this beautiful property. We were met at the front gate by security where we were signed in. We found our condo and the view was amazing. The bedrooms were roomy and have their own bathroom. The openness of the living room out to the patio was the best part and we had a pool all to ourselves. If ever staying at Punta Esmeralda, would definitely stay here again.

Preciosa, con todo lo necesario!

La casa es muy linda, limpia y ordenada, exactamente como se ve en las fotos, con todo lo necesario para disfrutarla desde que llegas! Tiene unas grandes puertas de vidrio en donde se integra toda el area de estar con la terraza y su piscina, ideal para niños por lo mismo! Tienes el mar enfrente de ti y jardines preciosos! Además, si no quieres cocinar al lado está el restaurante que sirve hasta las 5:00 pm. Assir su host súper amable y dispuesto, lo cual hizo del check in y check out algo súper sencillo! Sin duda alguna, volveremos!

Espectacular

Hermosa Villa, con vista espectacular, tal y cómo está en las fotos; cuenta con todo lo necesario; la alberca de buen tamaño y siempre limpia; la ubicación está genial, ya que está en un punto medio donde tienes a poca distancia el centro de Puerto Vallarta y Sayulita. Lo ideal es rentar carro. El personal de punta esmeralda muy amable y atento. La comunicación con Assir. Alejandro siempre fue muy accesible y rápida. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos en arrecife 1.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

We rented this unit for a vacation with a family friend. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space. The unit was clean and well furnished including comfortable patio furniture. It is beach front just steps from the ocean, which was wonderful. The beach is a little rocky, but that’s expected in this area. The private pool on the patio is where we spent most of our time, but the grounds hosts 7-8 shared pools that were all wonderful and had gorgeous views. The spa on site is fantastic!! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. There is a restaurant on site and the food was delicious, but it closes at 5pm, so it’s not a great dinner option. Assir was awesome! So responsive to any questions we had and anything we needed. We ended up renting some paddle boards from him on our last day which was super convenient and a lot of fun. The complex offers a taxi service which is very convenient. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the nearest grocery, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone considering this property for their next vacation.

Best time in Mexico!

We loved our stay at this condo. We are already planning our next visit. Everyone at Punta Esmeralda is so nice and accommodating. This is the 3rd time I've been to Punta Esmeralda and it's my favorite place to stay in Mexico if you want relaxing and quite. We had entire pools (several on the property if you want to pool hop) to ourselves and pretty much the run of the place. We saw some families and a few retirees / snowbirds. The grounds are beautifully maintained with gorgeous flowers and everything is clean. The waitstaff at the Bar & Restaurant are excellent. Get to know Jose well and he'll bring you drinks to your pool at the condo! Our favorite thing about this condo is the plunge pool. It is a great size with a perfect view of the ocean. It is steps, like 10, away from the bar OR the ocean. The breakfast food at the restaurant is spectacular and the ceviche is great for a midday snack. It's all very affordable. Breakfast every day for 4 adults was about $25 USD total. The coffee is fresh ground and everything is homemade. The frozen drinks and beers are really affordable and delicious. Walking up to the security gate at night to grab a taxi to dinner in nearby Bucerias OR Cruz de Huanacaxtle is easy. Visit Tacos on the Street in Cruz de Huanacaxtle. You won't regret it. Or stop at the Mega (grocery) on your way in from the airport and stock up on groceries for your stay. The kitchen has all of the cooking pans you'll need but you'll really need to bring ALL the groceries because all the kitchen really had was S&P (no oil or spray butter or pantry essentials really). They do have a washing machine, bring your own detergent. They also have FRESH WATER DELIVERED that is in a water cooler in the kitchen. We cannot say enough good things about this and working with Assir was wonderful. THANK YOU ASSIR.

Amazing place! And we picked just the right time!

This place was so amazing and relaxing! We came right before a holiday started so we basically had the whole place to ourselves! Quiet days and quiet evenings. Amazinf view! The location was right next to the property restaurant so we could just walk over for breakfast or dinners. There were so many pools! We spent the first days wandering around jumping in pools until we found our favorite! The ocean water was extremely warm - it wasn’t there best beach to enjoy the water - very rocky - but with all the pools we didn’t feel like we had missed anything. We used Uber for everything and visited Sayulita and Punta Mita - very convenient and economical. We also used the spa on property - amazinf experience! We all had a couple massages while we were there and felt SO relaxed! Would definitely recommend this place but if you want relaxing, it best to come earlier in the year before all the breaks and busy season. Don’t have any regrets! We did have a problem with the master bedroom air conditioner - it was putrid smelling - we contacted Assir and had the issue resolved. Nothing else really wrong with the place - clean and well kept! Great amenities!

A Peaceful Paradise

It was hard to get everything in with 2400 characters! but here is the condensed version. We had a great time at La Cruz de Huanacaxtle (Aricife 1). If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place this should be at the top of your list. The personal pool we had was just awesome. The villa: Clean and nicely appointed, fully functional kitchen complete with spices, main bedroom had firm mattresses, beach towels for everyone, 5 gallon water jugs supplied, set out empties outside door daily with 30 pesos to get refills, 2 boogie boards and one paddle board, washer and dryer were great, maid service midweek, great Weber gas grill. We rented: Extra paddle board, Julio at the restaurant had a contact. $160 US. Rosa, the cook, was wonderful, cooked what we wanted and brought in all food. Reasonably priced. Assir provided the contact. Boat and Captain for a day to tour the bay, ate at a restaurant on the beach, hiked to a waterfall, caught fish and snorkeled. Things to do: Sunday Market in La Cruz, 10 min taxi ride, 160 peso, be there by 10 am if possible, wonderful local crafts, food and music. Fish market in the marina open 8-3 daliy. Tiki hut restaurant next door with Julio and Jesus, amazing food at a great price, spectacular view, cash only. Walk the complex, it is beautiful. Paddle board each morning right out front before the wind starts at 10:30. Walk the beach to Bucerias. Buy fresh oysters from locals diving for them in front of Villa, $100 pesos per dozen. Important notes: Bring plenty of cash, pesos if possible, they will take USD but the exchange rate is 16 or 17. Mobile app to translate Spanish if you don’t know it Mobile app “Whatap” it’s how everyone communicates there. I would highly recommend this villa as well as this complex as a place to go and enjoy if you wanted a quiet relaxing place. The main pools often times were completely empty when we would walk by. The only downside was they started a huge construction project on the beach jetties just in front of the Villa two days before we left, so there were dump trucks and heavy equipment working less than 30 yards away from the Villa. Definitely noisy. They expect this project to last at least six months. I would check to make sure you know the status of this work before you rent this place. Would we come here again? The answer is absolutely! Assir, the owner, stopped by to check on us during the week and was very accommodating.
