Not the first and not the last time

The Base is ideally located in the center of all the action. I have a sound sleep, therefore the noise from the bars didn't bother me, but for sensitive people, despite the 22nd floor, music gets carried all the way up. I particularly appreciated the functional kitchen with almost everything I needed, as compared to other units which at times lack the bare necessities. If I may suggest some easy improvements: a stronger light in the bathroom, a small bedside lamp as well as a safety deposit box. The view from the 22nd floor is fantastic and should this not be enough, the infinity pool on the 31st floor should satisfy most sunset seekers.
