Private patio with indoor and outdoor hot tub access, panoramic mountain views, and parking for three vehicles. The right Breckenridge summer base for families and groups who want space, views, and walkability to everything.

A 4-bedroom, 4-bath penthouse on Four O'Clock Road — steps from alpine trails, gondola access, and Main Street Breckenridge. Private patio, panoramic mountain views, and parking for three vehicles. Half a mile from Main Street — an 8-minute walk or 3-minute drive.

The open-concept living area features plush seating and a 70-inch Smart TV. The gourmet kitchen has premium stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The master suite has a dedicated workspace. Shared outdoor hot tubs and lounge areas are available for post-adventure relaxation.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom penthouse. Guests also have access to shared amenities in the Tyra Summit 2 complex — outdoor hot tubs and clubhouse. Note: indoor hot tubs are unavailable throughout summer. Outdoor hot tub hours are 10am to 10pm.

Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.

This property is professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — not an individual host. Every stay is prepared to the same standard: thorough cleaning, quality linens, and responsive support from booking through checkout.

We give guests their space. If anything comes up — a question about the property, a local recommendation, or a concierge request — we are reachable through the VRBO messenger and respond promptly.

Everything from private airport transfers and grocery delivery to private chefs, in-home spa services, and guided excursions is available through your Gilson guest portal before and during your stay. Browse and book on your own schedule — no phone tag required.

Before your stay, we will ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal. It takes just a few minutes and is how we ensure every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that is needed to confirm your check-in details.

A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.

Our guest portal also includes our full concierge menu: private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations — all available to browse and book at your convenience, before or during your stay.

The primary renter must be 25 or older.

Note* - Indoor Hot Tubs will be closed starting Friday, April 17th. Re-opening will be announced soon.

This is the perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was exactly as described and extremely convenient to the lift and skiing back. The kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. Gilson was great to work with and we will definitely be back.

Nice condo and great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It’s a great location and short walk to Main Street. The beds were very comfortable and the layout is perfect for multiple families. The bathrooms were all updates and nicely appointed with toiletries. We didn’t realize there was no ac, but once we opened the windows the condo became very comfortable. A few kitchen appliances and supplies were old and didn’t work properly, but we were still able to make a nice breakfast. Overall would recommend this property for couples or multiple families. Great stay!!!

excellent ski condo at Breck

Property is truly ski-in/ski-out. It is in very good condition. it is close to town. Everything worked well. Well appointed. Only complaint is that there is no bureau with drawers in the upstairs master bedroom. With all the ski clothes and street clothes 5 06 drawer to keep clothes is really needed.
