This beautiful house boasts 3500 square feet of professionally designed living space and 3 spacious bedrooms.

On the main level, the large primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, fireplace, TV, and views of Pikes Peak!

There are two bedrooms on the lower level. One very large bedroom with two queen beds, TV and walk-in closet. The other large bedroom has a king bed, TV and walk-in closet. Both downstairs bedrooms have a large tri-fold portable floor mattress with all the necessary bedding in the closet.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are 2.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a double-headed tile shower. There is also a half bathroom on the main level. On the lower level, a large bathroom with double sinks and mirrors awaits, featuring a shared shower area. We provide towels, shampoo and conditioner samplers, hand soap, and toilet paper. Please remember to bring your other toiletries to enjoy your stay.

This fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare large meals for your entire group, including stainless steel appliances, every item of cookware and silverware, coffee machine, toaster, blender, spice rack, salt and pepper, cooking oil, grill kit for outside, and all the kitchen essentials. There is plenty of counter space and a large island with bar stool seating.

☆☆ VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS (November through April) ☆☆
An all-wheel-drive, 4x4, an SUV, or chains on 2WD vehicle will be required during the snowy winter months since there is a dirt road in the neighborhood. The snow is plowed regularly and usually melts down within a day or two.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire house including the hot tub, theater room, game room, deck, and more.

There is room for 2 vehicles in the garage and 3 vehicles in the driveway.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 3 days before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

For your security, please note there is a Ring Flood Light camera and Ring Doorbell at the front of the house. There are no cameras inside or on the side or back of the property.

Getting Around:
