We stayed here for a conference in town and was ideal. The location was great with a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance. The property was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed.

The place was very clean and set up beautifully. lol very the patio to sit on and enjoy the evenings. We used the pool every now gut and loved it. Very close to universal and Disney. Will stay here again.

This place is amazing, accessible to everything in Orlando. The apartment is very spacious and clean. It would be even better if they had more stuff available, like toilet paper or even a sponge to wash the dishes, but other than that, the place was fabulous. Highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed where we stayed. Spacious, we could see Epic Universe fireworks from one of the bedroom windows. Wheelchair accessible. We felt at home as soon as we got there. Easiest drive to Epic Universe or the universal parks. Really nice for a family with small children. I highly recommend. We will rent again! Thank you for helping make our vacation even more special!!

As long as you don't need assistance with anything you'll be fine. We arrived on our first day with no internet in the unit, which is what the TVs need to work at all. Notified the management, and basically did nothing the entire time. I just kept getting follow up messages asking if the internet was working, would respond no and they said they would forward it on to their team. When we left still nothing worked. At one point they told me I can call spectrum sbout the service, unacceptable answer we are on vacation and calling the internet company is not our problem. It's clear the unit is owned by someone who just purely uses it for rental income, it's pretty bare of any extra amenities. Which I knew prior to arriving and was prepared, but I do prefer VRBOs that have things like salt and pepper, a scrubber brush for washing dishes, ect alot of the furniture is in rough shape and the stools they have for the counter are NOT the proper height so not usable... but overall fine and but basic.

We’re sorry the internet disruption affected your stay, including your ability to use the TVs. We understand that troubleshooting service is not how anyone wants to spend their vacation. The community HOA provides the internet and was transitioning service during your visit, which caused intermittent connection issues. Our team relayed your reports to the HOA, followed up for updates, and provided the assistance available on-site under their guidance. Our check-in messages were part of that follow-up, though we understand how frustrating it was to leave without reliable service. For future guests, our starter supplies are outlined before booking. We intentionally do not leave food products, including salt and pepper, in the home to help discourage pest activity. We also appreciate your feedback about the furniture and counter stools, which gives us specific items to review. We regret that we could not get the connection restored during your stay and that our efforts left you feeling unsupported.

The condo was very clean. They could add ceiling fans to the other bedrooms as it was very hot when we were there. It would help to circulate the air.Overall the condo was clean. It might be time to get some new carpet - it is very worn and kind of gross.

My family of 4 stayed for 7 days. Here's an honest review. The entire property as a whole is perhaps okay, but this unit is subpar. The unit is very dated with everything old and brown, furniture with soiled arms, couch reclined but footing wouldn't go back down, a leg of the coffee table is broken away but remains sitting in place, beds as hard as a concrete slabs. Furniture is old and roughed up. TV's could be larger and better placed. I would highly recommend getting rid of the old entertainment center that is off no use and making better use of the funeral home visiting area vibe going on in the back of the living room. There are 3, not 4, barstools and they are too short for the counter unless you don't mind it coming up to your chin or neck. I did love the large bathroom and the balcony. You can see SeaWorld fireworks if you look far over the rail and to your left. I certainly wouldn't highlight that bonus. Another great benefit is that this unit is an end building andjust across the street from Publix, along with other shops, restaurants etc.

We played Shingle Creek, which is right next to the property, 3 times. Always a great place to stay. convenient to International Drive and restaurants!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, had a nicely stocked kitchen for cooking, and the amenities (pool/hot tub were our favs) were excellent as well. A very peaceful place with great views from the balcony. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Family Vacay

Property is in an excellence location, much larger than anticipated, and very peaceful with large balcony overlooking lake. You can also see the SeaWorld fireworks, which is a great bonus. Will definitely stay again!

Fun in Orlando

My family and I had a great time in Orlando and this property was super convenient! There is a Publix and large shopping center with 5 + restaurants all within walking distance. This place is centrally located to all the theme parks.
