The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Extremely clean upon arrival. The condo had plenty of towels, trash bags, and toilet paper to last our family 4-5 days. Beach Colony as a whole was also great! The beach has extremely easy access to (even with a beach wagon) and the pool was great! A nice restaurant by the pool with delicious food and drinks! Beach Colony is located near a grocery market for easy grocery runs and just minutes from the pier. There is a “dog park” area which is great but unfortunately it is not fenced in so heads up if you plan to bring a pup. Highly recommend this condo, it was perfect for a little beach getaway with the family!

Great location

Right on the beach. Two pools restaurant and bar on site. Close to everything. Property is a little confusing to even find the office but not really an issue. Would stay here again.

Beautiful & spacious condo, clean with the exception of the floors…this was mentioned in several other reviews. Floors can use some attention to cleaning. Enjoyed the beachfront view. Plenty of amenities available for a week vacation. Beds and condo furniture were very comfortable. Location was great locally and at the resort- close to pool and restaurant. Will definitely stay again if we return to Tybee!

Beyond Expectations

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious. In the middle of Tybee Beach, it was the perfect location. Very laidback. Just what we needed! The view of the ocean was stunning and the pools were fantastic. Love The Deck Bar! Note: must love birds.

Great location, great property

The weather was hit or miss while we were there, so I was really happy to have such great views that we could enjoy even during the storms. The fold out couch also came in handy when our 2 kids decided they couldn't share a bed anymore :) Having in-condo laundry was also very convenient . Super quick beach access, everything was SPARKLING clean, perfect vacation spot all around!

Peaceful Escape Haven

The # 431 Ocean House condo is beautiful with a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. I spent hours sitting there enjoying the peace,and taking great comfort from the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. The location is very steps from the beach and very close to excellent restaurants. There is a bar and restaurant on the resort grounds and the food as very good. Highly recommend this property. Also excellent service from the management staff.

Great Ocean View

This condo has easy parking and is on Mid Beach. It is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. We could walk on to the beach whenever we wanted and it was quiet and uncrowded when we were there in early May. The property managers are extremely kind and helpful. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Loved the condo except for one thing, which wont deter me from staying here again...bathroom floors along baseboard were dingy dirty. Just needs a good cleaning with a toothbrush and elbow grease. Other than that it was lovely and loved the color combination Have this info saved so if we can get back sometime, we will!!
