Private and cozy home for all your vacationing needs including golfing, shelling, swimming, shopping and dining. Located immediately over the iconic Sanibel Causeway. Screened Lanai and large back deck for grilling and entertaining. The perfect opportunity to see all that Sanibel has to offer or return to the island to be a part of the Sanibel Strong Family!

Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, most every cooking utensil and more. Just Unpack and unwind! Many amenities including towels and toiletries. Extra sheets and blankets are readily available. Inside games, cards and books for your entertainment.

Don't worry about bringing beach necessities, it's all here. We have prepared you for your time at the beach with beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, coolers, beach umbrella, beach toys and games. Beach access!

Close to Huxters Market and Deli, Jerry's Grocery Store and several restaurants. Please remember the Island is in recovery but business' are coming back fast. Sanibel's unique shopping boutiques have returned. Come and enjoy what the island has to offer. Time to relax!

Lovely reprieve from city life

Property is well appointed and clean. The location is very quiet with a quick walk to a small beach that looks over the causeway.Recommended restaurants: Captiva / The Green Flash, Sanibel / Doc Ford’s Rum Bar and Grill, Sanibel / Mudbugs Other recommendations: Sanibel Pilates and Spa - reasonable drop in rate for Reformer Pilates class, Sanibel Recreation Center - non-resident family rate was 45.00 for the stay with unlimited access to group fitness classes, workout equipment and water areas, Sanibel Shell Museum has some stunning shell examples, and aquarium exhibits are very educational. Caution: bring your bug stuff, the mosquitoes are brutal!

Beautiful home in great location

We were blown away by Heather's home! It was incredibly clean and modern and was the perfect place to relax and grill in the evening after a day at the beach. We were able to walk to a nearby yoga studio and a smaller beach from the place. She had all of the beach supplies we needed and was incredibly responsive for any issues. We would highly recommend staying here!

Delightful vacation rental

We had a wonderful two week stay!Heather was super responsive to text messages. House met all expectations. Well stocked home with: 1)laundry detergents 2)kitchen gadgets/tools 3)toiletries 4)cleaning supplies and tools 5)sunscreen 6)dishwashing detergent/dishwasher pods 7)trash /garbage bags/ wraps /foils 8)toilet tissue A guest can pretty much enter the house and begin the vacationRented bikes from Billies and enjoyed riding to the different beaches and restaurants everyday. Loved eating meals at Wickies and ice cream at The Shack.

It’s perfect

Over all everything was great. Bigger than you think it’s in the pictures. Great communication with the owner. We had to cut short due to hurricane helene. Sad to go. We would love to come back next time.

Perfect Family Getaway!

My family and I had an amazing time at Shawn & Heather's home. The house was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our time. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets and kitchen supplies we could ever need. And then they even supplied everything needed to have a great time at the beach, bikes, wagon, buckets, shell bags, etc. We love Sanibel and this house made our stay even more memorable. Our kids loved it and had so much fun playing inside and with the games that were included. They didn't want to leave on our last day, none of us did.

Awesome Place

Great location to enjoy the bay or the Gulf. Short bike ride for food, fun, or ice cream. Awesome quiet neighborhood. Nice storage area for bikes, floats, and fishing gear. Great place to clean shells, watch birds from the back porch, or play Cornhole. House had everything available, very clean, awesome master shower, and owner was very informative. Thanks for the stay.

Spring In Paradise

Roomy comfortable home located in quiet area of Sanibel. Close to beach. East end location minimized traffic issues that plaque Sanibel every spring. Exceedingly well equipped. We prepared our meals 90% of the 3 week stay. Large fridge/freezer; very functional clean stove & oven. Would unconditionally recommend

Exceeded expectations

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one may be the best one yet. The pictures are accurate and the property is immaculate. It is fully stocked with anything you could need. It was an easy 8 minute bike ride to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The owner was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Anniversary get away

Great place to stay on Sanibel Island. Very clean and well stocked home, quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants, beaches and wildlife preserve. Billies bike rentals is close. Great way to get around.

Pleasant experience

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. It's conveniently located a short distance from many of the beaches and stores. We rented bikes and rode them daily along the numerous trails and back roads and to beaches. Our stay was delightful!

Perfectly Equipped Vacation Retreat

I was a bit skeptical when booking this property because all of the reviews were 5 stars. Really? All of them? After seeing the property and communicating with the owners, I'm all in with 5 stars! Heather, you have created a welcoming, comfortable and perfectly equipped vacation retreat for your guests. Plus, you are always available to answer any question or resolve any issue. This was our first time back to Sanibel since Ian, the house was great, and very thoughtfully stocked. The house was nicely done and the kitchen/living area was excellent, having a huge sliding wall on the front was awesome for cool nights to let the breeze blow through the house.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. The house was beautiful. The owner had many little supplies that we didn’t expect but they made a big difference such as, anti itch cream and bug spray. I used them both until I could get to the store to buy my own. I loved the screened in porch and the couch on the porch. Perfect spot to read a book or take a nap. The owner was very responsive. I had some questions and she was very easy to get a hold of. I wish they had bikes but we ended up renting them from Finnamores. They definitely came in handy since the traffic on the island can be quite heavy right now with all the workers. We biked to dinner a few times. Luckily the owner has head lamps in the kitchen for people to use! We also used the beach chairs! Overall, a wonderful stay.

Very clean and comfortable

Heather was a great hostess. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. This was the best stocked Vrbo that I’ve stayed in. I definitely recommend this home for a great sanibel stay.

Best Rental and Hosts!

We stayed December 22-27th. The house is well maintained, stocked and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were attentive, responsive, friendly and even called to check on us. I cannot say enough good things. It was by far the best family vacation we’ve experienced at the beach. Thank you sharing your home with us! ❤️

My wife and I have owned this property for approximately two years. It all started with a dream she has had since she started coming to Sanibel 40 plus years ago. When we met she introduced the Island to me and I was hooked. We came as often as we could because the environment was perfect for everything including raising our five children.

Location, location, location.

We always thought we wanted a beach front property but later learned that the privacy of a private home was more appealing. Getting away from the our busy schedules and just slowing down our lives was an easy decision. Sanibel life offers friendly people, wholesome lifestyle and just an inner peace we desired.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The serenity, peacefulness and wildlife are unprecedented!

Every morning we sit outside and enjoy coffee together in a screened lanai. It is so peaceful and quite.
