We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was immaculate and so beautiful. Very well taken care of and was fully stocked! The extras like the beach chairs and cooler came in handy. That was a nice surprise. The beach is a very short walk and the sunrises were amazing!Dennis was very attentive and friendly. I would most definitely come back! Thank you so much!

The condo was perfect for our needs. The host was great to communicate with and anticipated our needs with amenities. We loved being able to see the gulf from each bedroom.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The beach was a short walk down a level path. Condo was well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was immaculate and beautiful! It was completely stocked with everything you could need for the kitchen, for game night, and for the beach!! So many things for the beach we couldn’t believe it!! The beach was beautiful and the pool was very clean & relaxing. The host was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here when you visit Sanibel.

Beautiful condo with great views of the beach. Well-stocked kitchen and many thoughtful amenities, including good beach chairs and umbrella. Dennis was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and we hope to visit again!

This is a well kept property. The pool was clean, the other guests were friendly. It was quiet, relaxing, and family friendly. We had a wonderful stay. We dined in Captiva a few nights and Sanibel the rest of the time. We had AMAZING dinners! It wasnt cheap, but you walked away feeling a-okay that you dropped hundreds on a meal (six of us) because everything was DELICIOUS! Mucky Duck, Tuttis Italian Cielo, Wickeys Lighthouse, even CheeChee Burger was worth every penny. We charted a fishing excursion, shelled, sunned, swam, visited the Ding Nature Preserve and ate great meals- what more could you ask for? The wildlife was awesome! I am a conservationist at heart, so seeing how serious the native Sanibel folks are about wildlife preservation was the icing on the cake! I never thought any Florida island would beat Anna Maria, but there is definitely an argument to be made for Sanibel and Captiva!

Property very nice. Beach wonderful. Shelling good. Fishing just so-so. Sunny!!!!! Family greatly enjoyed the stay. No See Um's plentiful. But managed with some Off. Look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful place - highly recommended

Absolutely stunning. Highly recommended. Stayed here in August for a long weekend (4 nights) as a family of 4. The listing is absolutely accurate. It is literally steps from the beach surrounded by palm trees in a quiet neighborhood close to everything (shops, post office, gas, restaurants) and only 20 minutes to Ft Myers for shopping. The condo is very well appointed and especially the kitchen is very well equipped and one has everything needed for cooking. High quality appliances and utensils, and sufficient dishes, pots and pans. Beds are extremely comfy and high quality and the two bath rooms are new and up-to-date. Everything is high quality and beautifully appointed. Spacious rooms with view on the sea. Check-in and check out are very easy and communication with the owner is very easy. He does everything to make it a wonderful stay. The beach is awesome, white sands, absolutely clean and so many beautiful sea shells and unforgettable sun sets. We collected so many sea shells we ended up shipping a package home via US post office. One can see plenty dauphins and shore birds and even sea turtle nests. A plus is the laundry room in the condo and the outside shower to rinse off sand coming back from the beach. Also beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella and toys are provided, which is really great. Another plus is the swimming pool which is really nice and clean. We loved every minute of our stay and will come back for sure.

It was a great place to stay. We loved it being walking distance to the water. And the bedrooms had waterviews as well as the patio. The condo had everything we needed for a beach day, which was great. Only thing I would suggest to bring is water shoes. We also made use of the Refrigerator,oven, microwave,dishwasher and washer and dryer. We also loved the decor throughout the house. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We found really great shells. if you are walking the beach head towards the west and you can also get a great sunset too. We ate at the Bubble Room which had just reopened a little over a year ago. If you want a fun place with good food, and excellent desert, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend the butterfinger ice cream pie and the key lime pie. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. We tried 4 and those 2 were everyones favorite. We also had Doc Fords it was good as well. Don't wait take the trip and enjoy this little slice of paradise.

The suite was beautiful, clean, and well stocked and the beach really was just steps away. The screened- in porch was especially nice. We really appreciated the elevator! Thank you for a lovely stay!
