The Carolina Rose boasts 4 king allergen-free bedrooms, each ensuite! Enjoy Smart TVs, closets, and ensuite bathrooms with vanities and walk-in showers. 1 of the 4 bedrooms has a vanity and shower/tub combination.

High-speed Wi-Fi and deluxe washer and dryer enhance your stay.

Exclusive access includes 2 front porches for outdoor relaxation. This allergen-free property follows a strict no-pet, no-smoking policy, ensuring comfort for all guests. Well-lit and safety-focused, with assigned off-street parking for two tandem vehicles.

There is currently new construction being built on the adjacent lot. The owner and property manager do not have control over this construction project. City of Charleston ordinance allows for construction to start at 8AM.  Accordingly, all bedrooms have double paned glass windows and sound machines to minimize the inconvenience.Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking*

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
