A photograph of the electricity meter reading is taken in the presence of the guest at both check-in and check-out to ensure full transparency and agreement on consumption. Our air conditioning systems, windows, and screens are regularly maintained and have been functioning properly for other recent guests. All windows are fitted with retractable screen systems, which may have been overlooked or were unfamiliar to you. The chairs referenced in your review are standard outdoor chaise loungers with powder-coated aluminum frames and durable, quick-dry mesh sling fabric, designed for coastal and poolside environments to provide comfort and durability. We are somewhat surprised by this negative review, particularly as no concerns were communicated during your stay to our on-site management company—available 24/7 at no charge—or via the Vrbo platform. We always encourage guests to raise any issues during their stay so they can be addressed promptly.
