WE MANAGE THE BEACH ™ - Spectacular ocean views from this 27th floor residence! Spacious 2 bedroom with a den and 2.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs with granite countertops. Master bedroom has amazing ocean views, a king bed, a 65" smart TV, & a private balcony. Master bath has dual sinks, walk in shower, & soaking tub. Second bedroom also has an on suite bathroom, ocean views, a queen bed, a 55" smart TV, & a private balcony. Den has no door - queen bed.

LA PERLA:
The condo is located in an ocean front building that provides top notch services & amenities. Including the following: valet parking, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas. La Perla is a newer built building with a great location in the city and also in relationship to things to do around Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Everything you need is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways.

The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.

ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF VRBO:

APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.

VALET PARKING CHARGES ONE TIME FEE: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.

GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE - Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID's. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla's office. Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, and also beach services.

We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.

LA PERLA CONSTRUCTION - PROJECT WILL FINISH JUNE/JULY 2026

La Perla is currently working on the exterior renovation of balconies and stucco. The construction will consist of drilling, painting, and doing stucco work around the building during this period. Intermittent noise will occur during working hours Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 4:30pm.

The pool, gym, and all beach services with chairs, towels, and umbrellas will still be available to all guests during construction.

The balcony will be closed on this unit until approximately May 2026 but we have many other options in La Perla with an open balcony. We can send those options and availability - inquire for details!

All Tenant Evaluation fees are non-refundable in the event you cancel your reservation. Owner and broker are not responsible to reimburse.

2 great weeks on Sunny Isles Beach

Wonderful condo - very quiet considering the size of the building. Immaculate! The gym was top notch, with all up to date fantastic equipment. All staff from valets to beach attendants were professional & very friendly. Amazing views from all three balconies. Well appointed kitchen, we made a lot of nice family dinners. Brandon, our host was very easy to work with - zero issues. I’ll be back for sure!

La perla

Master bedroom mattress was very thin and not comfortable. No water pressure in kitchen made it difficult to wash dishes. Freezer had frost all over and even after I removed it once, it immediately came back.
