It doesn’t get any better in Frisco: overlooking Main Street, within strolling distance to restaurants, shops and the ski shuttle, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Plus, the condo itself is charming, and you’ll love the rooftop deck and shared hot tub. This place will absolutely be a hit with your family and friends!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is an ideal retreat for families and groups of up to six people — and with two bedroom-suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share. The living area features inviting leather seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. It’s perfect for taking in the views while relaxing after a fun day in the mountains!

The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful marble counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the cooking gear you’ll need when you’re not exploring Frisco’s exciting dining scene. There’s room for six at the dining table and two at the breakfast counter. Just outside, the rooftop deck features an outdoor dining table, a gas fireplace, a gas grill, and fantastic views of Frisco’s iconic Buffalo Mountain!

Other amenities include a desk/work area, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

We had a great time staying at Fourth & Main Condo in the heart of Frisco. We were close to great hiking during the day, walked to some really cool restaurants in the evening, and relaxed in very comfortable accommodations at night. Can't wait to visit again.

Enjoyed our stay in Frisco. This place has the best location and is perfect for a small group. Our only recommendation is to have ceiling fans to help with air circulation. Without air conditioning on hot days, it takes every fan and open window to cool off the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely well supplied for guests, and very comfortable. Summit was extremely responsive. When we couldn’t access the door code properly, a new one was sent immediately. The location is swell also as others have noted, right in the middle of things. It was one block on foot to our bike rental location, and very convenient for bars and restaurants.We had our windows open at night due to the relatively warm temperatures, the only minor issue being a trash pick up at 3 AM. That may be the usual Wednesday routine.After a day of biking, the hot tub was very convenient and enjoyable. (the Vail pass to Frisco bikel trip was phenomenal.).All in all very good visit to Frisco, and we made some terrific memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place with privacy, great location and amenities.--we loved it. We only had one complaint, which was a big one. The master bed was so sensitive to even the very slightest of movements--so much so that we couldn't both sleep in there. We're not picky, but because of this we left a night early.

Overall, the place is great. It's practically on main street and right in the middle of all the restaurants and other stuff. Everything about the place was really good. The only downside is that the second bedroom is meant for kids. As an adult, I was sleeping on the bottom bunk and knocked my head or my arm on the top bunk as I was getting out. But the main bedroom is great, both bedrooms have showers, the living area is great.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our size of family and we were impressed with the size of living area. The kitchen had eveything we needed to cook. The view was nice and we loved how we were right on Main Street! Highly recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, and the convenient parking was a huge plus! Just a heads-up if you are traveling with kids: the bunk bed room has two extra doors—one leading out to the balcony, and the other to the hallway stairs outside the rental. Both lock securely, and while the town is extremely safe, the layout was a bit surprising. We ran into a few minor maintenance hiccups (such as needing working fans for the summer heat), but the rental company was so nice and quickly brought us one for the evening. We're also hopeful they’ll address a localized odor we noticed in the evenings near the kitchen and laundry area. With those few things addressed, this place will be absolutely perfect! I will recommend this place to those depending on who it is.
