Welcome to the Ten Mile Townhouse in Frisco. This cozy 2 bed, 3 bath home sits right along Ten Mile Creek, offering both relaxation and convenience. Just minutes from Main Street, the free Summit Stage shuttle, and a short drive to world-class ski resorts, this townhouse is perfectly located for year-round adventure. Enjoy comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a back deck with the sound of the creek flowing by.

Proximity: Located in the heart of Frisco, this townhouse is only a 5-minute walk from Main Street (0.2 miles), where you'll find shops, restaurants, local breweries and more. The free Summit Stage bus is just a 2-minute walk away, giving you easy access to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Silverthorne. Right outside the back door, Ten Mile Creek provides a serene backdrop, while Lake Dillon, the Frisco Adventure Park, and miles of hiking and biking trails are just minutes away.

Living Room (Main Level): The living room offers a welcoming space to relax after a day outdoors, featuring a large sofa sleeper, two lounge chairs, a flatscreen TV, and a fireplace. Sliding doors open onto the deck, where you can enjoy views of the creek and sunshine.

Kitchen (Main Level): The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, ample cabinet space, and cookware. A cozy breakfast bar with seating for 2 connects the kitchen to the living area.

Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bed + Bonus Room, 3 Bath
• Primary Bedroom (Top Level): King bed, lounge chair, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, private balcony, and ensuite bath with single vanity and walk-in shower (note: no privacy door)
• Second Bedroom (Top Level): Two twin beds, dresser, closet, and washer/dryer. This room shares a full bath including a single vanity and walk-in shower
• Additional Sleeping Area (Main Level): Twin-size futon, located near the entryway

Outdoor Space (Main Level): Step outside to the spacious deck overlooking Ten Mile Creek. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, soak up the sun, or relax to the sound of the water.

Laundry (Top Floor): This home includes a full-size washer and dryer located in the guest bedroom.

Storage: Each townhome features a small garage currently used for storage, providing the perfect spot to keep all your adventure gear organized and easily accessible.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly
recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Clean condo on the Ten Mile Creek. Comfortably slept 4 adults. Updated bathrooms with heated floors. Bathroom in primary bedroom has no doors.

Great place and great location close to Main Street in Frisco

This place was perfect for our family with 2 college age kids. You can walk to the copper shuttle to ski with a 7 minute walk from the place. We really liked having a grill and fire place. The “mud room” was converted from the garage which is nice to have a jackets, boots etc. out of the main area. Loved this place.

The property was just as it was advertised and overall we were pleased. We drove from Louisiana and the only thing I did not like was that the house did not have an A/C unit. It did definitely get warm in the day and it was not cool outside. With the temp warming every year it seems like I would suggest at least adding a good fan that could be moved around the house and used if needed. But I also have some hot flashes so there's that too. LOL

For the money paid, I would expect better

I'm a fellow landlord myself, so I try to be as fair as possible in my reviews For Starters, there's a 10 foot path to the front door. The entire path was covered with about 12 inches of packed snow and ice. A HUGE safety issue. Every other path leading to the front doors to the other units were cleared, but not ours. The second thing I noticed was a broken gutter dumping water onto the same path leading to the front door. Third there is NO GARAGE space. The garage has been repurposed for a small room and a storage space. I'm not sure why they picture the garage but it feels a little like a 'bait and switch'. Fourth, I found dried blood on the bedroom quilt, pretty disgusting. Last, the master bathroom has NO PRIVACY. It is wide open to the bedroom, there's no door. If you're laying in bed, you have full view of someone doing their business on the toilet. Which is really awkward.

Hey Mike, we wish we could have helped you with some of these issues during your stay, had we had known! We have spoken with the contractor for shoveling to improve the experience here. We don't advertise as having garage space, but we do have an exterior photo of the unit as a whole. We have removed and cleaned the bedroom quilt and will hold our cleaners accountable where necessary. Lastly, I want to extend our apologies for the dissatisfaction of the layout of the bathroom.

Ten mile townhouse

Location was great. Description is misleading- there is no garage or parking spot for the unit. However, There is parking in the lot by the unit. The garage is a small storage area for gear. Check in instructions were not sent til after check in time. The management company does not respond to phone or email messages. We tried to call or email the management company several times and never got any responses. I navigated this by messaging the owner directly and he responded promptly, so note if there are any questions or issues you have to use that feature. The washer/dryer in the unit didn't work and we were not notified. This was important and would have changed our plans had we know of this. We notified the owner immediately upon check in- again by messaging- since the management company did not respond. It was not fixed the week we stayed and it was not feasible to try to dry clean socks, underlayers etc for a ski vacation. People in the unit next door were yelling and fighting late at night and the police needed to be called. There was an attempt to break into our truck over night. It was very surprising since its close to downtown and the police station. So overall, I would not recommend this unit.

Hey Angela, we apologize for the confusion on the parking situation. We have since updated the description to be a bit clearer with parking. Check in instructions were sent at 10am the day of your arrival at 4pm. We also have record of speaking on the phone with you and also have our email responses, so there may have been another email/phone you were reaching out to that was incorrect. This washer/dryer issue did occur during your stay, so we weren't able to notify you/fix it before your arrival - our apologies for this inconvenience. We were able to get it fixed after your departure, so this is no longer an issue for future guests. We do encourage our guests to contact the non-emergency police line for noise complaints, as there is a noise ordinance in the county. We were unaware of the other situation that occurred and have never heard of an ongoing issue in this area. We would have loved to help get you in contact with the local authorities had we been made aware during these instances, and we will continue to keep our guests' satisfaction and safety a number one priority.
