Grand Island Paradise on Golf Course w/Ocean Views

Relax in our peaceful, sunset ocean view, Maui oasis. Everything has been tastefully redone via full top-to-bottom renovation. With a King, Queen, 4 Twin and 2 trundle beds, along with our high ceilings, spacious kitchen & 2 balconies, there is no need to squeeze! This is a ground level unit so NO STAIRS! Parking available for as many cars as needed. Laundry in house!



You'll immediately walk into a very spacious open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is updated with all new appliances and anything you could ever need for eating in. There's a Keurig, FULL 12 CUP COFFEE MAKER, Ninja blender, everything we can't live without! You'll fall in love with our waterfall granite counter top, which doubles as a bar- complete with elegant stools. Our stylish dining table is fit for the whole family with plenty of space. There is also an additional full table for more eating space on the lanai (balcony)!

The living room, equipped with a massive couch and tv, also has floor-to-ceiling window-slider doors so you can watch the sunset over the ocean. Those open to reveal a 200sq ft lanai with its own outdoor dining experience and relaxation lounge. It's truly breathtaking. The view overlooks the Wailea golf course, which leaves the extensive ocean view unobstructed. We also keep our beach gear here- which includes: 4 SM/L SNORKEL SETS, 4 M/L SNORKEL SETS, BEACH UMBRELLAS, 4 BEACH CHAIRS, beach toys, cooler, beach bag, and many other beach essentials.

The bedrooms are each tasteful and unique.

The MASTER BEDROOM is adjoined by a bathroom that is both functional and dazzling. This full bathroom has double sinks, an enormous amount of counter space, and a large blue and gold tiled shower. Our chic king-sized bed rests in front of a tropical floral accent wall- social media post worthy! There are lamps on each side of the bed for bedside reading. This bedroom has it's own TV! Also included is a walk-in closet with hangers and shelves galore. Adjacent to the bed is a private lanai (balcony) with a wicker-supported couch. It is surrounded by the complex's gardens- flowers and palm trees everywhere!

The SECOND BEDROOM includes a queen bed with travel-themed décor, to keep the spirit of adventure alive! It has full ceiling-to-floor mirrors and an extremely spacious closet. It's dark wood aesthetic is very relaxing.

The THIRD BEDROOM has 2 bunk beds that each have an additional trundle bed. That's 6 beds total! It's the perfect kid/ grandkid/ teenager/ adult/ friend/ cousins/ anyone room! Alex, who is 6'0, can fit in these twin beds! The top bunks can hold up to 200lbs! There are also full mirrors and a spacious closet, as well as some tasteful, cute décor and a window view of the gorgeous foliage.

You'll love the interior, and the exterior as well. The grounds are immaculately kept with all different kinds of island vegetation. Our condo is tucked away right on the golf course! You can walk the golf course down to the Wailea outlets and go shopping. The location is also within only a few minutes' DRIVE to some of the most gorgeous beaches in the entire world., including WAILEA BEACH, ULUA BEACH, MALUAKA BEACH, AND BIG BEACH!

There are also 2 pools on the premises. One is kid friendly with toys, splashing, playing, and yelling allowed! The other is more adult catered, where the toys, splashing, and yelling ARE NOT allowed. Relaxing, soaking, and sunbathing are encouraged. It's a dream. There is something for everyone! Both pools are also only a short 1-2 minute walk from our condo.

We also provide a few baby essentials, including a pac'n'play, high chair-chair attachment, baby carrier, and baby beach toys.

WE ALSO PROVIDE TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS! We really do provide so much and have tried to think of everything you might need on your Maui vacation!
