Summary:
Enjoy the best that Cape Cod has to offer! This two bedroom, one bath home has been completely updated from top to bottom and has all the extras you could want and more. Loads of natural light, cathedral ceilings, wood laminate floors, back patio with fire pit, outdoor kitchen, hot tub and the yard has room to play games! All this and you will be just 2/10 mile to picture perfect Picture Lake. Salt water beaches are a short drive away, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, too!

The Space:
All your linens are included, and you will enjoy the amenities provided for that resort-like feel throughout this lovely home

Guest Access:
Entire house, backyard, patio, hot tub

The Neighborhood:
There is nothiing like an early morning or evening walk to Picture Lake. You will also enjoy the convenient location to all Bourne has to offer including great beaches and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Summer on Cape Cod is like nowhere else! Yes, we get some traffic, lol. To avoid it, try the back roads, and Waze and Google Maps are your best resources, so check before departing.

Other Things to Note:
One dog allowed per owner's discretion.

Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.

Interaction with Guests:
