Relax at this peaceful beach getaway. Centrally located on Hollywood beach next to all the shops and restaurants. There is a king bed and a pull out sofa bed.
The space
This is an one bedroom place that has a pull out coach in the living room. It is located directly on the beach and has a pool facing the ocean.

In the back bedroom there’s a large window that allows you to see the intercoastal and the whole west side of Hollywood
Guest access
Everything you need is walking distance from the apartment.

We offer parking for $20 a day. It’s a Beach so it’s expensive to park. If you have gas the best place to tell them to park is the parking garage it’s about two blocks south of the apartment

Great location

Very well equipped condo with a wonderful location on the broadwalk. Nice pool with ocean views. Loved having a king sized bed.

There was a nauseating odor in the unit that was almost unbearable to stay. I would not recommend!

Location is great.

This location is so good. Beach and Broadwalk right in front. Met some fabulous people in the building. Hung by the pool and visited quite a bit. The unit is somewhat dark but has what you need. The elevator was iffy and this unit was on the 7th floor which makes that not so great. We were without water for half a day due to work being done on building. The AC unit was so loud that it made watching TV and sleeping difficult at times.

Summer vacation

We stayed during the off-season from June 25-July 3 and it was so quiet in the building. We were the only people on the 7th floor. There are 4 units sharing a common balcony/walkway but since no one was there this wasn't an issue. The location is perfect. Close to all the restaurants and bars but away from the noise.Host communication - very prompt replies to questions. Host was very generous in allowing early check in and late check out to accommodate our flights. We had no hot water in the shower for the first two days. Host promptly sent a maintenance man to address this and another issue with the keyless door pad. The condo has all you need for a stay. It is small but enough space for two. Unit could use a bit of TLC (paint/spackle touch ups, missing light bulbs, leaky shower head and loose handle, etc). Kitchen/bathrooom cupboards could use a good cleaning out (old food, half used bottles etc.) I'd also suggest more clear instructions on how to operate the Apple Remote. There is a very nice large screen tv but it took us a few days of googling to learn how to use the remote.Overall a good stay. Building is secure. Key required to gain entrance to building and keyless entry to the unit.
