Welcome to the Jewel of the Sea on 30A located in the gated community of the Preserve at Grayton Beach where you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature, with serene and more secluded beaches as well as rare coastal dune lakes while still being within close proximity to nearby boutique shopping art galleries and local eateries.

As a guest of Jewel of the Sea 30A you will have a short 5-7 min walk using the home’s private beach access via the picturesque boardwalk to the sugary white sands, and emerald green waters of Grayton and Blue Mountain beaches.

Jewel of the Sea 30A boasts elegant and modern furnishings, creating a sophisticated and comfortable living environment. From stylish decor to comfortable seating, every detail has been carefully curated to ensure a luxurious an enjoyable stay . The home is nestled in the idyllic coastal landscape, and offers captivating and serene gulf and rare coastal dune lake views. Subtle colors, reminiscent of the coastal waters, welcome guests into the open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. The house is beautiful and worked well for our family of 13, which includes children from ages 2-10. Everything was well-stocked and spotless. The pools are very close by, and the walk to the beach was beautiful. Having the golf cart was nice. I wish we had had more time to ride the bikes!

Great place!

The house is as advertised…amazing. We had 8 in our group and it worked perfect. Enough space to have your own space when you needed it. Having the golf cart and bikes included was fantastic. We will be back!!

We had the best time. The house had everything we could need! It had beach towels, chairs and beach toys For the kids. Coffee was provided! Amazing experience

Feels like home on a luxurious scale

Wow! This home was incredible and had everything you could need while on vacation. Not only was it so beautiful, it was conveniently located close to shops, amazing restaurants, and the beach. We were able to visit a different restaurant close by for brunch every single day because there were so many options. We were here for a bachelorette party and stayed four nights. We hosted a private chef dinner and Hibachi dinner and we were able to set the entire table for 8 people. We had high quality dinnerware, wine glasses, and serving dishes which really elevated the entire experience. Every room had the most inviting beds and softest linens - truly like sleeping on a cloud. We really liked that almost all the rooms were a suite with their own bathroom and then an entirely separate guest bathroom downstairs. This really worked out for a group of girls like us getting ready all at once! We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the porch swing and our nights watching the sun go down on the upper deck overlooking the beach. Also, the master bedroom/bathroom is like a spa! I could swim in that bathtub. We took the bikes for a spin and used the golf cart to go down to the private beach to get away from the crowds. And the golf cart delivery process was super easy. Overall the neighborhood was very quiet and it was gated which we liked. Eileen the property manager was very responsive and check in was a breeze! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back here!!

It’s all about the beach!

The Preserve is very relaxing. Had a larger group. House was great. The beach access is second to none. Really beautiful beach. Not a lot of people out there. Special place for sure!

We had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous home. The design is beautiful, yet still comfortable and perfectly appointed. Julie is a terrific host and was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We cannot wait to visit again!

Awesome place to stay!

This home is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home plus some! The pools, tennis and pickle ball courts are near by. It’s a great neighborhood to ride bikes. We love the private beach. It’s not crowded and the walk is not bad at all. Most of the walk is on the boardwalk and is shaded. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to friends!

Third times a charm!!!!

I have stayed at this property the last 3 summers. The property is located in The Preserve at Grayton, a lovely tucked away community that is in the perfect location. This community is located between 2 north south routes to hwy 98 so traffic is very limited. Please do not think that crossing the street to go to the beach is an issue, it is not. The house had a full overhaul this year , when I arrived I was greeted by this beautiful artwork by Justin Gaffrey. Wherever I looked in the house it was more stunning, each room had been transformed. It was truly a beautiful home before but now it was another level of being so unique. The homeowner has lovely taste and makes you feel right at home there are 3 king bedrooms with ensuites. The home has fun art in addition to crisp cotton bedding, making you want to jump right in and relax. All of the beds gave you that feeling. Throughout the house all sinks and bathrooms have been outfitted with "Polished Jar" one of my favorites. No need to pack your toiletries as they are already there. One of my many favorite updates is the screened porches, you could really enjoy sitting outside in the evening and not worry about the bugs. Another addition was a backyard overhaul, the kids loved playing cornhole in the evenings after the beach. There was a gas firepit that we would sit around and chat. The backyard is fully fenced. Bikes were amazing. Golf cart for 6 and great beach access, very short walk from house.

I love hosting people and am very excited to share my beach house with you. I have personally picked all of the items in the home with the intent of making people feel welcomed in the home and hoping you have a wonderful experience while at the beach.

I chose the Preserve at Grayton because of its great location. Easy beach access and plenty of dining options. Lots of local galleries and shoppes to keep you busy. I love that we added 4 new pickle ball courts in addition to tennis court. We have 2 pools in the neighborhood, one pool is heated during peak school breaks.

The third floor space. The third floor offers both living and outdoor area. The outdoor space would be amazing to watch the sunrise and the beautiful 30A sunsets. Conversational seating is on the 3rd floor. The backyard is a new addition to me purchasing this home. I felt the backyard needed to be fenced and we upgraded it to have a great space that has cornhole , BBQ grill and a gas fire pit. We have also added screening on the rear porches so you can relax in the evening and not worry about the bugs.
