We chose the Plaza del Mar Seccion Club neighborhood in Rosarito because it offers the perfect blend of security, serenity, and accessibility. As a gated community, it provides a secure environment with a homeowner's association (HOA) that diligently maintains the area's aesthetic appeal and functionality. The neighborhood is a peaceful oasis, offering stunning ocean views and beautifully maintained homes. Yet, what we enjoy most is its strategic location. It's just a 30-minute drive to Guadalupe Wine Valley, making it perfect for wine enthusiasts looking to explore the region's renowned wineries. Additionally, the thriving town of Rosarito is also close by, allowing our guests to easily access its vibrant culture, delicious cuisine, and lively entertainment scene. The neighborhood truly offers the best of both worlds - a tranquil residential setting that's conveniently close to key attractions.
