Charming unexplored beach filled with nature, the beautiful beach of Majagual, Nicaragua. A magical destination all the perks of comfort just steps from the water. Bring the whole family or a group of friends and enjoy the beachfront large pool, the palapa gatherings or end your dak ina hammocks to feel the breeze of the ocean.

We are also surrounded by beautiful neighbor beaches, 10 minute walk to playa Madera surf break, and 5 minute walk to north neighbor beach.

Casa Yosi is incredible!

We stayed at this amazing property for a week in June and it was incredible. Beautiful home, beautiful location on the beach in a secluded cove, beautiful property and amazing weather! Even though it was the rainy season we had sun every day and a couple of big rain storms but that just added to the experience. Felipe was very communicative and the on-site caretakers Manuel and Maria kept the place spotless. Highly recommend this place.

Manuel and Maria are waiting to greet you on arrival, and the property exceeds the listing photos — especially at night when the lighting makes it truly magical. Crashing waves provide the perfect backdrop all day and night, and the beach was nearly deserted on weekdays.Maria and Manuel are attentive without ever being intrusive, and they invited us to witness the release of baby sea turtles they'd hatched on the property — an unforgettable experience. Maria also cooked our group a fresh snapper dinner on the deck that was incredible.Kids aged 8–16 loved having both beach and pool access, and you can see both from anywhere on the property which made supervising easy.A few helpful notes for future guests: We flew into Liberia, Costa Rica and crossed into Nicaragua without any issues, but the border building on the Nicaraguan side has no AC and lines can be long — we'd fly directly to Managua next time. Worth noting that we went about 80 USD over on the electricity allowance despite only using AC and lights at night, so just be mindful. Around the point just south of the villa is a great spot to rent boards and book surf lessons or other adventures. And don't sleep on Juanita's — incredible food at unbeatable prices, we ate there nearly every day.A huge thanks to Felipe for sharing this special place — ¡muchas gracias!

Electricity in Nicaragua is among the most expensive in Latin America, so maintaining this allowance helps us keep operational costs under control and allows us to continue offering the house at an accessible price for our guests. Right on the Sand, with the Sound of the Waves — Even Better Than Listed

We had a great stay at Casa Yosi — it truly feels like a real beach house with all the comfort you might need. The house is directly on the sand, which is a huge plus, and having a big ranch and a pool made the experience even better.The kitchen is fully equipped, the grill worked perfectly, and the ACs were functional and much appreciated after a warm day. The people working there are very kind and helpful, making everything easier.The beach can be a bit rough for small children, but there are many options for things to do around the area. All in all, a fantastic spot to enjoy the coast with comfort and a true beach house vibe.

One of the most amazing places I’ve stayed and the perfect setting for our group. Manuel and his family were super helpful whenever we needed Theo assistance on the property. Communication was excellent during and leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The roads to get there were a bit tricky, so make sure you have clear directions, especially if you’re arriving at night. For us, this was all just part of an epic adventure! Only good things to say about this place.

Yosi house

Everything was good and clean the only thing that in the website wasn’t mentioned about you have to paid the electricity if you go more of certain amount of electricity you will have to pay the extra , we didn’t go over and didn’t paid more. But it will be good to say it before people book . Overall it was good experience and I would be stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Hola Ivette, thanks for staying with us, we are glad you had a pleaseant stay in our property. In regards to the payment of electricity, it is stated in the house policies of the property. The reason we do that it is that Nicaragua has one of the most expensive electricity rates in Latin America, and in order for us to maintain the nightly rates, we have to charge consumption above 35kw per day.

Majagual is a hidden gem, a sanctuary where nature and the ocean come together in perfect harmony.
