Very well kept and clean condo. Two bedrooms and two baths made for a comfortable stay. Our host thought of every detail for our check-in. He even has a video showing us how to use the door keypad. The location is really perfect. Walking distance of 1 mile across the Bridge of Lions to the historic district. Easy 15 minute car ride to the beaches and parks along the ocean.

This host was extremely helpful and offered to assist every step of the way. The condo was very nice and clean and in a perfect location to walk downtown or drive to the beac or other restaurants. Perfect stay!

Excellent stay for work trip

Property was just what we needed to wind down and sleep after a long work day. Location was great to access wonderful food too.

Great place and location!

It was a great experience our host went above and beyond to communicate and check in on us during our stay! It was in a great location close enough to the beach and downtown area! The house was super clean and the check in and out process was very smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend booking this house. We had an amazing time !

Great stay for short visit

Great stay for a short visit. Very clean. I was only there for the night, but it was perfect to get to the Amphitheater! I will stay again, and hopefully for a few more nights!

St Augustine First

We really enjoyed our stay in St Augustine. Our accommodations were pristine, convenient, and wonderful! The sites and restaurants we visited were exceptional; we hope to come again. Junias is a considerate and accommodating host!!!

April trip

Only in town 2 nites. House was very comfortable & convenient to Downtown St Augustine & our favorite restaurant, OSteen's. Our puppy loved the long hallway!

The home was exactly what we needed for our stay. The location is extremely convenient if you are visiting the old town neighborhood or beach.Everything was clean and comfortable. The AC was strong after our arrival.The air mattress (kept in the upstairs closet) for use in the living room was nice.

Awesome location

Stayed at this house recently to visit the Night of Lights and the location couldn’t have been better. Very clean and well supplied. Will definitely book this location in the future. Great communication. Absolutely no problems.

Great for Kids

We rented this property for our family with two small kids. It was clean, comfortable and came with anything you could need for the beach plus multiple games that my kids loved. Walkable to a bunch of restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Highly recommend!

Cute place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful—spacious, clean, and in a perfect location right between the beach and downtown St. Augustine. It had everything we needed, including beach gear, which was a nice bonus. The only issue we ran into was that the A/C took a while to cool down the condo since the vents were all closed when we arrived, which made it a bit uncomfortable at first. However, once it cooled down, we had a great night’s rest. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again!

The LOCATION is the best part of this property! It is located close to St. George Street (just across the Lion's Bridge) with restaurants, shops and the historic Fort within a couple of miles. The beautiful, natural Anatasia beach is also easily accessible in the other direction and is an easy drive as well. The townhome is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and is clean, convenient and comfortable. (We never heard the people next door). The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds and linens are better than most and the owner is very responsive. Having a washer/dryer is a nice amenity as well. Would stay here again to enjoy the privacy and space away from the crowds and noise of tourist hotels. It's a wonderful alternative and a great value. Highly recommended!

Convenient neighborhood

Very convenient to everything on Anastasia Island. If you want to go into Old St. Augustine, just a quick walk across the bridge. Several restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. The house was very clean and had one bedroom downstairs and one bedroom upstairs, both with bathrooms. Two coffee makers, one regular and one small Keurig. Lots of parking. Owner was very responsive and kept in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed. Rental was off the main drag so it was quiet.

My Family and I was able to book quickly,we recieved confirmation instructions all in speedy time. The home was very clean and so convenient to the beach and all the shops attractions and restaurants. I slept so comfortably in the cozy beds. The add on for me thst was amazing is they had a box fan. I love to sleep with a fan so I was so excited to see that. You know, it's the little things that count. The Junias (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was sooo quick to respond and assure me if there was anything I needed to reach out. The door lock was one I never used but I loved they attached a you tube video on how to work it. By the time we made it there, I was a pro. I'll definitely book again . I love St. Augustine!!
