Views were awesome. Cabin was awesome. The only things that we felt needed to be addressed was the upper living room windows face east and west. The son comes in hot and bright at certain times of the day and there's no way to shade them. The back porches face the west were the son sets. There were times we wished we had some roll down shades back there also.

The cabin is beautiful and all the games are great. The hot tub was warm enough. It did appear that it wasn’t cleaned as well as it could be. Specifically outside and the shower.

If you want secluded this is it. You will hear and see wildlife. This cabin is exactly as described. The kitchen has all you need to cook a meal. The game room has plenty to keep you entertained. The bed was comfy and the shower is amazing. Communication with the host was easy. I will definitely have this on my return list.

This cabin was perfect for my family of 3. Loved the layout and everything about it. Plenty of towels, extra laundry detergent, dish detergent and small toiletries are provided which was very appreciated. The owner was awesome with checking in and making sure everything was good. This was our first time being in Sevierville and it won’t be our last!

Overall a great place to stay. The cabin lacked in cleanliness. There were pieces of food left in the floor in the living room and the gas logs didn’t work. The only shower with hot water was the upstairs shower, the other had “warm” water.

Great communication with host. Cabin was nice and very secluded. I couldn’t see another cabin from the front door or the back deck. It is up in the mountains but still has good internet. I’d stay there again

Loved our stay at Cozy and Comfy. Close to town but secluded. Beautiful cabin, very clean and feels like home. Beautiful view off the back decks. Check in and out was very easy and communication with host is very easy. She checked on us through out our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Can’t wait for our next visit.

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary! Check In and Out was very simple, the cabin is very clean with many amenities. I personally enjoyed the small touches of home like the embroidery on the towels and sheets. Location is private and secluded with beautiful views from the decks and still close to town. The owner checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we didnt need anything. We will definitely be back to visit.

Basilone Stay

We had the best mini getaway at this cabin. It was the perfect place for our family. The kids had so much fun! We would definitely come back.

A mom of 4. My husband and I celebrated our 1st anniversary in The Smoky. We felt in love the area and decided to have a cabin of our own when our 1st kiddo was born. Growing up with the kiddos, Comfy and Cozy has been part of the family ever since. It has been a blessing for my family to be able to share our home away from home with many extraordinary guests.
