That truly means a lot to us! 🌲🏡❤️ We also really appreciate you pointing out the areas where we can improve. We’ll be reviewing the checkout instructions to make sure they are consistent and easy to follow, as the last thing we want is for guests to feel confused while wrapping up their vacation. We’ll also take a closer look at how the location of the community pool is described in the listing so future guests have a clearer idea of its distance from the cabin. Thank you as well for mentioning the minor wear and dust. We appreciate guests bringing these details to our attention so we can continue improving and keeping the cabin in great condition. Most importantly, we’re delighted that these things didn’t take away from your overall experience. We would absolutely love to welcome you back for another Smoky Mountain getaway! 🐻⛰️

We especially love hearing that the kitchen had everything you needed to enjoy cooking during your vacation! 🏡🌲 We also appreciate your feedback regarding finding a convenient potty area for your pup. 🐾 We understand how important that is when traveling with a four-legged family member, and we’ll look at ways we can provide clearer information for future guests about the best pet-friendly areas around the cabin. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for bringing your pup along for the adventure. We’d love to welcome you back for another Smoky Mountain getaway! ❤️🐻
