We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and spacious. Megan was a great host - replied to our questions right away. Will definitely stay there again.

We will be staying again the next time we come to Maui! The condo was updated and furnished well. The kitchen was full of appliances that we might need so we felt ready for anything. There were more than enough towels and sheets for the beds. The two bedrooms were comfortable to sleep at night with the air conditioning but if we had wanted the breeze during the day would have cooled the place really well. The property was central to many places on the island and we were able to get around just fine with the car. We had grandparents staying in other locations but the visitors lot was easy to find and use when they came to babysit. This is a perfect place for a young family. We cannot thank Megan enough.

Comfortable Place, Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to nice sunsets and less than 10 minutes from anywhere in Kihei. Host Megan was very responsive and easy to work with, would stay here again.

Awesome vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Megan’s place! Convenient location and she has almost everything you need when on a vacation, kids books, crib, beach towels, chairs, even sunscreen…

perfect with our young family

We felt right at home with our 6 and 1.5 year old boys. The pool, hot tub and beach toys were a huge hit. Great beaches and great food made the trip awesome.

Loved it!!

We loved everything about it! The location was perfect, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Proerty owner was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View and Condo

We appreciated the beautiful view and great location on the way to Honolua Bay, the Enchanted Forest, and other lovely destinations. Also close to the outdoor market and coconut candy seller.

Condo 313 had fabulous view of ocean, huge balcony with all windows beautiful days during Halloween time. Wish they had elevator up 3 flights of sturdy stairs. Well stocked on towels, paper products and laundry soap.

Maui Wowie!

We were very pleased with our stay. What a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the escape from the cold weather of Montana and Alaska. Our accommodations completely met our needs and served as an excellent "home base" for our many adventures. We couldn't be happier!!

A wonderful place to stay in Maui.

The weather was amazing. We loved Big Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III. The road to Hana, surf lessons in Lahaina and a visit to Paia were are all highlights. The townhouse is well equipped with beach gear in addition to a great location across from Sugar Beach - ideal for long sunrise and sunset walks. We’ll be back!

Super clean, spacious, and close to everything!

We had an amazing time staying at unit 313 at Kihei Holiday. The condo was super clean, included all the essential ammenities, and the rental car add on was a nice bonus. The pool was refreshing after a day of snorkeling and beach time and the condo is located in a super convenient location. We will most definitely stay there again. Mahalo to Megan and Bryan!

Great central location.

Everything about property was great. Only negative is air conditioning is poor. Nice breeze in living area but bedroom was adequately cooled by portable unit.

Beautiful, well kept property with an amazing view. Conveniently located for excursions around the island. Beach right in front of condo and has a pool on the property. Condo is very roomy and well laid out. Beds are super comfy. Fantastic cross breeze goes through apartment so don’t even need air conditioners with the ceiling fans. Awesome sunsets. Wish we would have had more time here to enjoy the property. Megan was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Would definitely return.

Great Location.

Overall I was very happy with my stay at Megan's rental. Kihei is a good place to set up a base camp for your Maui vacation, and the view from the condo is beautiful. When we first got in the rental wasn't ready, but Megan was easy to get in touch with and she tried to remedy the issues as soon as she could. I would recommend staying here.

comfortable condo with a beautiful view of the Maui sunset

This two bedroom condo has a fabulous view of the ocean from the lanai. It is well-located on Sugar Beach - quiet, yet easy to get around from. All modern conveniences are available and in excellent working condition. The owner responds quickly to messages. Overall, a great vacation "hale".

Property is very well maintained all necessary things available

It's great being at a walking distance to the beach. Quite area people are so respectful and friendly. Being in Kihei are was enjoyable, didn't seem to tourist which made it nice. For our first time in Maui, we are leaving with a very memorable visit that we'll always remember and have something to share with friends.

WOW!!

This condo was truly a home base! Roomy and comfortable, with that amazing view! It even had starter supplies, big beach towels and other beach supplies, etc. I can't recommend it enough!

The property was amazing, well kept, clean, beautiful flowers.

Great location. So close to the beach. The pool was perfect as well. Nice to be close to amenities yet far enough to be quiet and private. We were able to walk to grocery store and some restaurants. It felt central, part of the action , yet somewhat quiet. Perfect. We would stay again. The closeness of the beach was the big draw.

Trip of a lifetime!

The condo is lovely and well-maintained. It is PERFECTLY located in sunny Kihei and is close to everything. We loved calling it our “home” for our trip. Megan was very communicative and helpful when issues arose or if we had questions. She gave us some great advice as to where to eat, what to do and how to navigate the island. We didn’t want to leave.

Maui stay

My sister and I were visiting Maui for a funeral. I liked the reviews on this place. I reached out to Megan - immediate response from her and she was very helpful. We loved the place! One suggestion only - replace the drap on the big widow. Those outside had to be rolled up because of the strong winds. Made it awfully bright and warm as the sun was setting. I'd stay there again for sure. Thank you!

Lovely condo with a magnificent ocean view!

We loved our stay at Megan and Bryan's condo. They are quick to respond to any questions you may have about the condo or activities on the island. The view of the ocean from the lanai is superb! It's lovely to sit on the lanai in the morning watching the whales or to have a romantic dinner later on the lanai while watching a beautiful sunset. The condo is comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Sugar Beach is right across the road and it makes for a great picturesque walk, swim or bogie board. Centrally located to many other beaches , grocery stores and restaurants. Grounds well maintained too.
