The unit is stylishly decorated in the colors of the sun and surf. The wonderfully located 2nd floor corner unit in Gulf Place has a beautiful ocean view and will make your next escape to 30A one you'll always remember. This unit is uniquely suited to families who want to explore Santa Rosa Beach, and close surroundings of Blue Mountain Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seacrest, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We have Beach chairs available for your use. You can prepare a simple breakfast in the open kitchen each morning, walk your cup of coffee outside to the private balcony, and enjoy delightful on-site amenities that include a seasonally heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, and a hot tub all close to the beach. Also, on-site, are restaurants, coffee shops and shopping!

Perfect relaxing getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It had everything we could've needed: walking distance to food & shops, private beach access, laundry, pool (with a pond with fish near it), fully stocked with kitchen appliances.

Very nice place! The kitchen has everything you would need. The hosts thought of everything, great communication as well. Very clean, with beautiful decor. Very easy and short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time and this place was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location! Steps from the beautiful beach!

Our family loved the location. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to local eating and shopping. The condo was clean, updated, and perfect for a family of 4. So glad we chose the quite secluded Santa Rosa area to spend some much needed down time!

Great place!

Over all this is a great condo on 30a and would stay again. Condo was very clean and the host answered any questions that I had. Host provided everything needed for a great trip from soaps to beach chairs and toys/ books for the kids to use during the stay. Beach access was very close but I would suggest if you are not renting chairs to use the public beach access and set up in the private beach area. This made it an easier walk for us. Again a 10/10 trip!

Awesome Condo!

Location was amazing! Close to the beach, and all the little stores, shops, restaurants in Santa Rosa. Condo was stocked with everything we needed (tp, soap) and the kitchen with spices, Pam and every appliance you might want. Beds were comfortable and place was immaculately clean. Decor beachy and welcoming. Loved the balcony and view of the pool/beach. Beach chairs/umbrella provided. Free parking close by. Look no further! This is the place to stay!

Amazing Location/Property

We LOVED our stay here. It's such a great location to easily walk to the beach and restaurants. Greg is great at communicating and there are so many thoughtful details at the home that we enjoyed...blocks, games, comfortable beds, linens and towels, everything you need in the kitchen, not one but two luggage stands, two bottles of water, starter coffee and even soft toilet paper instead of the cheap stuff. Our five year old loved having her own bunk bed. Again, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and the extra half bath is really nice to have. We loved everything about our stay, except maybe the check out process. I haven't stayed at a place in a while that requires all the up front work (loading dishes, taking out all trash, stripping beds, cleaning out refrigerator etc). We love places that say enjoy your stay, please run the dishes and we've got the rest (i.e. you paid for the rest in your cleaning fee). Otherwise, A for this place! I'm sure we'll be back.

Perfect location. Accurate description of the property. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers and it was ideal size. We felt safe enough to let teenagers walk every morning and explore the area. Beach access was as described and pool/hot tub was a great extra. I would highly recommend to stay in this property. We added an extra day and ease of owner response was amazing!

We love this area. You are minutes from some of the best dinning 30A has to offer. It's a 5 min walk to restaurants like Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Sunrise Ice Cream and Coffee, Pizza by the Sea , and then only a short drive to Paradiso, Stinky's Fish Camp, The Vue, Bud and Alley's, Old Florida Fish House, Cafe Thirty-A, George's, just to name a few. It also has great shopping and bike rentals nearby. Santa Rosa Beach is one of the prettiest beaches on 30A with it's crystal blue water and white sandy beach coastline. Come stay with us and I think you will fall in love with it just like we did!!!

One of the things we love about Gulf Place is it has 3 beach access points which makes it more exclusive and much less crowded! Gulf Place also has 3 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated hot tubs as well, and two are located very close to our unit. There is a pool view and partial ocean view from the unit. Also, the area on 30A is fabulous for restaurants, water activities and shopping. Destin and Panama City Beach are only a short drive away!
