The duplex is located in Lagoa da Conceição, one of the most beautiful, famous and peaceful neighborhoods in Florianópolis.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, very well equipped, excellently located and safe place.
The 87m2 property has 2 suites equipped with QUEEN beds and a very spacious and comfortable living room. The living room and bedrooms have SPLIT AC.

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Our space seeks to bring the facilities and conveniences of a hotel with the comfort of an apartment.

- Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, fridge, microwave, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils and set of pans.
- Living room equipped with Smart TV and SPLIT AC
- 2 SUITES with QUEEN beds and SPLIT AC
- Wi-Fi (1gb!)
- Barbecue on the balcony
- Washing machine and dryer
- 2 parking spaces
- 220V sockets
All beds have complete linen.
All guests have 1 bath towel, 1 face towel. 1 floor towel per bathroom
All bathrooms have amenities: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
- Linen changes can be requested at the cost of the cleaning fee.
- The cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If guests want extra cleaning during their stay, they will be charged a new cleaning fee.
