This beautifully appointed condo is located on the peninsula in Destin, about a thousand feet up the road from a beach access point. Harbor Boulevard is less than two miles away, lined with restaurants, shops, and attractions such as The Track and Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. The Destin Harbor Boardwalk, Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club, and Henderson Beach State Park are all within four miles as well.

Step inside to be greeted by central air and a soft palette of crisp coastal whites. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with a peninsula breakfast bar, sliding glass doors that lead to a bistro table on the patio, and a mirrored living room with a pair of sofas and a cable TV. The bedroom has its own TV and desk workspace - the perfect spot to set up your laptop and log onto the complimentary WiFi. A private washer/dryer is on hand as well to refresh your swimsuits each night.

Things to Know
This vacation rental is located in a construction zone. During working hours, noise will be audible and personnel will be around the complex. Certain amenities, like balconies and parking structures, may be closed or impacted during your stay. The project is slated to conclude around the end of March 2024.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
