Prepare to sit back, relax, and soak up the desert sun in this newly-constructed, beautiful 3-bedroom single family home in Palm Springs. Best of all, exciting downtown Palm Springs is a 10-minute walk away from the quiet gated community you'll call home—the best of both worlds!

The spacious outdoor space is ideal for entertaining and soaking up the sun in your private pool & spa. Enjoy the giant outdoor TV, dining for 6, firepit, heat lamp, indoor/outdoor music speakers and romantic nighttime lighting!

An open concept first level features gorgeous mid-modern art, high ceilings, fireplace, gourmet kitchen, large island & pantry stocked with everything you'll need from appliances to serving trays. The spacious living room has ample seating and entertainment hub (including cable & Samsung smart TV). Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the dining area or easy access to the backyard BBQ with seating areas perfect for entertaining.

The living room, master suites & patio have large Samsung frame TV's which allow you to select & display stunning artwork from around the world.

For the work/play guests there is a spacious, private office w/monitors adjacent to the kitchen with private access to the pool and 2nd work area in the upstairs loft.

The first master suite, off the living room, is complete with its own full bath, high end decor, bidet, large walk-in closet, HUGE shower, upscale furnishings & bedding. Sliding doors give private access to the pool.

Also located on the first floor, is a guest bedroom complete with queen bed and a private bathroom. All bedrooms are outfitted with quality towels, linens & toiletries.

The laundry room features a new washer & dryer and stocked with quality detergent and plant based cleaning supplies. Additional paper products and toiletries are available to make your stay comfortable.

On the second floor, find a master suite with private balcony & breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding San Jacinto Mountains. The oversized bath offers ample space to prepare for the day, includes a bidet and large walk-in closet withs plenty of storage. A twin rollaway bed is available to be used if needed.

Palm Springs International Airport can be reached in a 5-minute drive.

Heating the pool & spa is an additional $50/day.

Incredible stay!

This Palm Springs home in a gated community has it all! It’s beautifully furnished with quality amenities, great for entertaining inside and out, and located within walking distance of downtown. Jane and Mike pay attention to every detail and are THE BEST hosts! Don’t miss out on the opportunity to stay here!

Excellent facility

This was our first visit to Palm Springs and Jane made our stay wonderful. Gift basket upon arrival and as we approached the Christmas Holiday she had a 6' table, chairs and table cloth delivered to make our dining experience awesome. Great house and the workout/pool area are excellent.

You will love this place!

Because it was the first time we've rented for an entire month, we were hoping the rental home was as good as it seemed online and we were not disappointed. The house is spacious, well designed and very clean and equipped. The location makes it so much more walkable than most areas of Palm Springs. We were surprised how quiet the neighborhood was. The pool/hot tub/workout area are very close and quite nice. Jane and Mike are great hosts!

roomy and efficient

This modern townhouse is a large and comfortable accommodation. It is filled with many well working and high end appliances. The extras provided by the owner were wonderful.-including soaps, lotions, detergents, storage bags, coffee etc. The beds were very comfortable with fine linen and pillow choices. The outdoor grill was fun and well maintained. It actually worked. The location is very close to downtown. It is easy to walk to dinner and the movies. The pool and spa across the street were in great shape and heated even in gray January. That was a treat. Very quiet and clean development. The patio is small but sweet and the fully opening patio doors bring the outside in when weather permits.

459 White Fox Trails

This was a great property. We rented it for the month of March 2023. It is a seven minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. It is beautifully furnished and laid out. The principal bedroom is on the second floor. The two other bedrooms, one of which is also a principal bedroom size, are on opposite sides of the main floor. The other bedroom on the main floor has two twin beds which was perfect for our grandsons when they came for a visit. The property is well equipped with all kinds of supplies, and the owners live a mile away, and are incredibly responsive. Whenever we had minor issues, the owners were here within 15 minutes. All of the appliances are new . The mattresses are firm and delightful to sleep on. We would rent here again anytime. The choice of this property made our holiday so much better.

Jane was great to deal with. Always responded right away. The rental was absolutely amazing and we Couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was like a 5 star hotel. We were so sad to leave.

Fabulous house

My stay was wonderful. Its a beautiful home in a great location, comfortable and spacious and completely stocked with everything you would ever need. Jane and Mike are perfect hosts.

Fantastic stay!!!

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful Palm Springs home! The location is perfect to all the downtown shops and restaurants...walking, biking or driving...whatever you choose. Mike and Jane were gracious hosts and promptly answered any questions we had. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

Jane continues to be approachable and accommodating. We feel comfortable when Jane has a request and equally when we have something to ask her. Selfishly, I wish we could say something negative about the home, but it is a perfect spot for our family and a good relationship with the owners.

White Fox Trail

Two beautiful master suites - 1 up , 1 down. Photos are great but can’t do the place justice. It’s an absolute beauty. Perfect for two couples. Lovely pool complex with weight/ exercise room. Best of all, it’s an 8 minute walk to all our favourite downtown spots, Lulu’s, Las Casuelas, Shanghai Reds - we’re still suckers for old, downtown Palm Springs and this is the perfect location. Owners Jane and Michael were easily available and responsive. A great spot - we’ll be back. Thanks for everything Jane & Michael! Jim Nelson , Vancouver.

We loved staying at Jane and mikes place! They are amazing hosts. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The house is very spacious and absolutely beautiful! Thanks again mike and Jane for letting us enjoy your place!

Great vacation in this home.

Jane and Mike were wonderful and welcoming hosts. They quickly addressed any of our questions, when necessary. We felt a comfortable relationship with them. The house is located in a complex within a 10min walk to downtown Palm Springs. Other people we met in the complex were friendly. The house is clean, well maintained and appointed. The bdrms and bthrms are large. Shower areas were also expansive. We were 6 adults and didn't feel overcrowded. This is an ideal location for a PS vacation.
