Designed for relaxation, this home combines great design elements of yesteryear with designer furnishings, bedding, linens, artwork, and accessories. Outside, enjoy spectacular views of palm trees and the San Jacinto Mountains, and an abundance of comfortable poolside furniture awaits for fun days soaking up that warm sunshine. The large backyard pool will give you the feeling of being in your own private park boasting plenty of lush green grass, beautiful trees, privacy, and lots of room to socialize. Fully hedged and walled, a large patio area surrounds the pool and provides a fully shaded outdoor dining area.

When you work up an appetite, head into the well-equipped retro kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, and whip up any recipe with ease. There is also a gas grill, conveniently located right off the kitchen. Settling down will be a breeze as well, as the spacious living area awaits with plush furnishings and a TV - the best setup for a movie or game night.

Good Vibrations is located in Deepwell, a Palm Springs neighborhood that is south of downtown and known for its quiet and peaceful vibe with well-manicured lawns and a wonderful collection of mid-century modern architectural design. Just under three miles from downtown Palm Springs, you'll love exploring the various downtown shops, golf, dining, theaters, and entertainment nearby! Check out some of the famed restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive such as Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky's, Farm, Rooster, and the Pig (takeout only). If hiking is on the agenda, make your way to Tahquitz Canyon (one-and-a-half miles west) or Indian Canyons (three miles south).

Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.

Really cute mid-century house with lots of original features. The pool area and landscaping were beautiful. Great location in Deepwell. Having three bathrooms was perfect for our family. Thanks for a great stay!

Unfortunately the pool never heated for us, but management was very responsive and did their best to accommodate. The house is a gem. We had a lovely time there.

Palm Springs Stay

They house was super spacious, clean and the furniture and feel of the house were great and very true to Palm Springs aesthetic. The pool and spa were amazing and the house itself is located nearby all the restaurants and bars. Definitely a great stay. Only concern was the pool heat/spa heat. Just triple check they remember to turn it on before you arrive.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The home was cute and furniture was comfortable. But, we were plagued with problems during our stay. The pool heater was broken and the jacuzzi would not work. Additionally, the toilets and showers kept backing up. All distressing and disappointing. We should have received a discount on our rental fee.

Extremely Rocky Stay, Broken Essentials, and No Refunds as Promised - refund was promised and didnt deliver. This rental could be lovely if it was managed properly, but it is definitely not. the house itself is spacious and clean when everything is working — but our experience was deeply frustrating, disorganized, and unacceptable, especially given the price.Check-in was Friday, December 12 at 4:00 pm. Immediately upon arrival, nothing worked:•No WiFi•TVs not working•No pool heat•Fireplace not functioning•No hot water on the entire master side of the houseWhen we called the local Vacasa number, we got a recorded message saying they were on vacation. Yes — on vacation. We tried every Vacasa and VRBO number available. No response. The only thing that “worked” was the chatbot.After hours of failed calls and messages, and only after explicitly requesting escalation via chat, we were finally connected to Roxy, the local house manager, late Saturday afternoon. Roxy was responsive and did her best, but she was dealing with far too many broken systems and clearly lacked support.Communication breakdown•I documented 40 text messages starting Friday at 4:30 pm to the main Vacasa number•I was repeatedly told they were “reaching the local team”•I was given a local number that I texted 13 times with no response•very aggravating and ZERO RESPONSE FROM VRBO OR VACASA

Everything was easy and great!

The home is very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. The grill was clean. We only stayed for a long weekend and after a few cooler days we wanted to take advantage of the hot tub. That’s when we found out that they needed 72 hours notice to heat the pool and hot tub, we’d assumed they were separate. The pool was cold but we enjoyed it anyway! It’s a nice place.

Cute but needs some repairs

The location and Mid Century look of house and furniture were great. But the house needs some work some things did not work and we paid to have pool and jacuzzi heated for four days said was 150 a day but with fees it was more like 215 a day. first two days was not warmer then luke warm in jacuzzi. When pool guy arrived two days later he looked and said was only set to 75 which is not hot enough for jacuzzi and the money we paid. He reset to 100 for us and we could use the last two days of our stay. The problem is we paid for four days and noone has gotten back ot me regarding a refund. Location was great.

Great House!

We came to Palm Springs for a wedding at the Villa Royale, and this location was perfect. It was a 3 minutes drive through the neighborhood, or a 15 minute walk. Two of the bathrooms are a little outdated, but the water pressure is fantastic, and thats what really matters. No complaints aside from it felt like there was someone at the property nearly every day we were there. The gardener came Thursday and the pool guy showed up Saturday. We were told about the gardener, but figured he would have come before the 4pm check in, and no one said anything about the pool guy, so that felt a little invasive. Otherwise, the property is great and would recommend.

It depends

Living area was nicely furnished with fun mid-century modern vibe but kitchen and baths could use updating. If you don’t plan to cook, it may not matter but kitchen has very limited counter space. It has most of what you would need but there is also a lot of old stuff in the cabinets and drawers so you have to sort through them. The silverware drawer nearly fell out when opened and the cool retro oven door didn’t open properly. Dishwasher was not working properly so the glasses and dishes were not that clean when we arrived. Master bath is also very dated - old and very low cabinets with Shower in the bath. Bedrooms were nicely decorated but pillows were very hard - bring your own if you prefer something else. Yard was very nice with nice pool but unfortunately we did not notice that it required 72 hour notice to heat it (including the spa).

the rental property needs a lot of TLC, but is comfortable and spacious. Check in was smooth. However, the TV did not work. Also, the pool was well heated when we arrived on Friday, but no heat on Saturday, Sunday until mid afternoon Monday even though we paid for it. (This was unintentional and apparently because of a blocked skimmer). Property manager was understanding on phone, but never came herself. First assistant to come clearly thought it was an imposition and perfunctorily turned on TV without fixing it. Second assistant who came, on Sunday pm was very helpful, confirmed TV not working and realized the skimmer problem with the pool. Construction on home next door commenced at 7:30 am Monday morning (not disclosed in listing but not required by law to do so.) No one came on Monday to fix TV. Tuesday am tried several times to reach property manager and rental agency, but no return. Decided to leave early and left message for a refund for days not used. Finally received a call late afternoon from rental agency that they agreed to refund. Left on Wednesday. Called week later re refund, told by agency nothing had been done yet but reassured that there would be a refund. Tried four additional times to check status, but no response and completely ghosted. Apparently we can not trust the representations of this agency and will have to seek recourse for our refund.

Beautiful Place

This is an excellent home to stay in. Quiet. Private. Clean. The layout is perfect. Three bedrooms spaced out beautifully. The fire place is fantastic. Would 100% recommend!

Nice, BUT...

Nice home. Comfortable & clean. There's a reason why this property price point is low. There are other reviews that mention similar issues as what's coming next. Please note that this is operated by a very overloaded management company. The response time for emails was days (I have documentation) and sometimes not at all. And when you call in, you get an internationally based call center that has no direct knowledge of the property, the city of the property, etc. You supposedly have the option to text a request, but my text message was not returned or acknowledged by a human. Everything has to be routed through the local office -- who are again, overwhelmed. Many requests ended up not being addressed.

Amazing Experience

We can't stop talking about "Good Vibrations". It was a heavenly treat; a home away from home. Definitely would stay here again. The house was bright, open and clean. It had charm. It accommodated our needs; home was functional for guests. It was in a very quiet, kept up neighborhood with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Good place for the weekend

The property matches the listing. The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor space is great for relaxing at the pool. The only complaints are that the spa never got very hot and when the management company was contacted we were told someone would contact me to fix it but no one ever followed up and the heat was never increased. Otherwise the property was great and would stay there again

Clean, spacious , well equipped

Nice property has everything you need. The only thing is that the hot tub did not heat up and a pool cleaner showed up on the property without a notice and scared the crap out of us while we were inside

the hose was good -pool excelant - but can be upgraded newer style

the pool is excellent - excellent ground =the hose was good - can be upgraded - this room on your ad is very dark at night time its need more light- a steam system not central- toilet steam upgrade-the couches can be better and letter-also should set up a better system for the Gardner and pool cleaner to let the guest now the time they come -and ring bell to come in and not to walk in without permission - middle of the swimming, =it was very uncomfortable when I saw someone walk in from backyard without notice 3x =to put inside house a lock to close door from inside
