Great communication with the host. This place is so close to the places we wanted to visit and a short walk from the train station and trams.

The property was amazing. Just what we were looking for. We had 3 couples. Bedrooms are large. Great location and easy to get around especially if you are taking the train to Florence and any excursions which depart near the train station. Check in and out was easy.

Very nice apartment for three couples. With the hot temperatures having the washing machine was very helpful. Dish washer was good as well. All in all a good stay

This apartment is stunningly appointed. It is truly exquisitely furnished and designed with real attention to detail. Its location is second to none, located steps from the market, restaurants, sights and museums. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect property with 3 bedrooms.

Fabulous. Great location. Clean. Highly recommend. Luca was so nice to reach out early and make our check in so easy. Similar to Ritz property but better value ….gorgeous once inside your apartment.

Convenient Florence

Great location, a short and easy walk from the train station. We walked everywhere! Luca was very responsive. Great primary bath with tub. The rear patio was nice, washer and easy to air dry clothes. Helpful note, there is a light switch once you enter building on the left. Would stay again!

Wonderful Location and Excellent Stay

The location of House Bacco was perfect. My wife and I and adult son stayed for 4 days. We were able to walk to and from the train station on our arrival and departure and everything in the city was within a 20 minute walk. The unit was great as well. Bedrooms were spacious and the primary bath was very large. Luca was great to work with and let us check in a little early as our train arrived slightly before the official time. Overall a wonderful stay and wonderful host. I would point out and suggest a couple of things and these are not as much criticisms but information points for would-be renters to make sure they identify and are ok with. The living/common area is not expansive. The couch is small and only seats two. That means at night you may have to use the smaller metal/plastic dining chairs if there are more than 2 of you hanging out. Not a big deal as we were not in the unit much watching TV or eating. The second issue is that the AC was very difficult to work and sometimes didn't work at all.It wasn't a huge problem for us in March and I understand that as an American we like the temp a little colder at night but you could not open the windows as there were no screens and there were mosquitos that would come in. My son made that mistake one night and got about 10 bites while he slept. We should have contacted Luca and I'm sure he would have helped out but we were busy during the day. I bring it up to make sure renters know to ask for instructions.

Thanks Susan for the review, I'm glad you liked the house. I would like to point out that the air conditioning as well as everything in the house are new and latest generation, if you had written to me I would have helped you get it working since it works perfectly and can be activated both by remote control and remotely with my application, you just had to tell me the degrees you wanted and I would have set it for you. The sofa is for 3 people plus a table for 6 people as well as a small courtyard and outdoor terrace. I hope to be able to host you again. Luca

Guest bath room water sink , was very low hardly could use it. We had to call for extra towels , not enough toilet paper . Location was the best . Rooms really nice and big .

Hi Maleh, I’m glad you appreciated the house, the rooms, and the location. I find your complaint about the bathroom sinks curious, given that they are positioned at a height of 120 cm—higher than standard—so I don't quite understand the issue. The same goes for the towels: you had three towels each—one for the face, one for the bidet, and one for the shower—and I even had extra towels delivered because you claimed they hadn't been provided, yet at check-out, we found them dirty. Toilet paper is obviously supplied with two rolls per bathroom, and I even had an extra pack delivered along with the coffee pods; it’s a shame this wasn't appreciated and is now being denied. Thanks for leaving the house very dirty and for leaving the trash bags at the building entrance.

Luca has a beautifully decorated and modern home providing a comfortable respite from a long day of sightseeing. He is very helpful and great with regards to communication!
