Accommodating up to 85 guests in beds (with a max occupancy of 100), buy-out reservations are the ideal haven for large gatherings. The main floor's kitchen, dining, and living areas provide a lake view oasis, with captivating vistas through expansive great room windows. Equipped with two full kitchens and engaging activities such as double shot basketball, ping pong, foosball, pool table, and a forty-five-seat theater room! while a gas fireplace graces the lower living area. The private lawn, fire pit, driveway basketball stand, and main-level balcony enhance your connection to the outdoors. Multiple options for gathering, both indoor and outdoor, ensure cherished memories.

Guests who reserve the resort for a minimum stay of 3 nights will receive a $100 voucher per night for rentals at any of Epic Recreation's four convenient locations around Bear Lake. One of the most-loved uses is an Epic Beach Day at our North Beach and Hot Springs location where you will enjoy beach chairs, tents, and reserved beach space at the water's edge.
