På havet komplekset 100 trin til sand. Spektakulære whitewater udsigt fra to private balkoner. Rummelig to værelses enhed med king-size seng i 30 af 15 master suite (øverste etage) med privat badeværelse og påklædningsværelse og spejlet vægge på tre sider. Vista udsigt fra stor privat balkon / gårdhave og soveværelse. Kabel-tv i begge soveværelser og stue. DVD i ovenpå soveværelse suite og stue.

Nedenunder, (tredje sal) er et separat soveværelse, bad, dressing suite, som kan lukkes for privatlivets fred. Flere skabe både op og nedenunder. Den nederste soveværelse har en dobbeltseng og en dobbelt sovesofa og avery komfortabelt opholdsstue om dagen.

Stuen er smukt indrettet i sorte lædermøbler med hvidt accent underholdningscenter og italiensk spisestue, der sidder seks komfortabelt. I stuen er der pejs, egen balkon med spektakulær havudsigt og udsigt over haven. Sofa kan laves i en anden queen-size seng. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med mikrobølgeovn, brødrister ovn, fuld størrelse køleskab, fuld komfur / ovn, opvaskemaskine, kaffemaskine mv. Der er tre kabel-tv og dvd / video. Denne smukke, rummelige luksuslejlighed kan ødelægge dig for noget mindre.

Lige på stranden, men kun 40 minutter til San Diego og inden for en time af de fleste sydlige Californien attraktioner, herunder Legoland, Wild Animal Jungle, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Palomar Planetarium, Missioner, shopping i store, små, antikke og specialbutikker , de fineste golfbaner i USA. Awesome Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for days of fun close to the beach and then a relaxing nights sleep, and this met our needs perfectly. The hosts were very attentive to our questions and accommodating when we had a last minute change of plans. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Not worth the expense

The resort is a nice place to stay, but book a different condo. It's completely outdated with many items that are beyond their serviceable life. The one and only umbrella on the top deck is shredded and wouldn't open. I'm not sure how it happens, but the mirror behind the master bed is disintegrating from the back. The carpet is gross, seems like permanently stained. Dealing with the property manager was a nightmare. I'm used to all messages happening within the booking platform. This property manager sent me numerous emails with some text in bold and various words in all caps. When i didn't respond through my personal email she had VRBO call me with her on the other line. Mostly to berate me for not responding to her poorly crafted emails. We left a day early because it was such a miserable experience.

Dusty Disappointment

The unit was large enough to accommodate the six of us. We did not feel it was very clean or maintained. Downstairs, we couldn’t lift the bedroom blinds and sills were dirty. TV did not work. There was an exposed tack strip between carpeted bedroom and hallway and we can’t tell you how many times we stabbed our feet during our stay. The towel closet had towels jammed in there. The mantle was filthy, baseboards a mess (chipped and needed painting). My husband had to scrub two of the white plastic chairs on the patio before we would sit on them. There were food stained kitchen towels in the drawers and paper plates and plastic silverware just shoved into cabinets. Lots of leftover packaged food and liquor. The refrigerator was clean I must say. The TV did not work in the living area; six remote controls were counted, what is up with that? Closets were packed with stuff, unnecessary for our stay. Going upstairs the wall across from the railing was all chipped and dirty. There were multiple mattresses on the bed, one wrapped in plastic! Needless to say, we were very disappointed while staying at your unit. For $2500 plus, we expected a neat and clean property. My daughter requested an extra hour to check out on Saturday, but no one gave her the courtesy of a response. If you were truly committed to providing a pleasant, positive experience for guests, you would invest time and money bringing the unit up to par.

Perfect vacation spot!

Owners were so helpful and easy to work with. The condo complex is beautiful and well kept, with 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis and a large koi pond. We had an ocean view from both balconies and slept to the sound of the waves! The condo has everything you need including plenty of towels, blankets and pillows.

Beautiful Location Great Value

Could not pick a better location to stay. The check-in process was a little difficult but that might have been an error in understanding on my part. Compared with other similar properties this is a great value and is in an amazing location.

Race vacation

Stayed for the Ironman 70.3 Oceanside event. It was centrally located for our event. All of us that stayed their raced and the property and accommodations were perfect for us. Made our experience that much better

owners were great to work with .we had a problem with check in at a different property owner and they nice people helped us out of a jam. great views , close to everything in oceanside. You will enjoy it /

Love this property and the location!

This condo was the perfect location for our short vacation. The property was clean and had great amenities. My husband even used the gym! Next time we'll have to stay longer to take advantage of everything offered. The owners were so nice and communication was easy.

Great condo complex location was perfect. Unit was satisfactory but outdated and dirty

The unit was exactly as described but when we first arrived we noticed everything was very dusty and overall dirty. The unit itself looked like it needs an update, but it sufficed for our stay. We loved the views from the balconies, can see the ocean right from the balcony! The condo complex itself was beautiful and very well kept. The complex is beachside so it was a quick walk to the ocean. The Oceanside pier and Oceanside harbor were right nearby so the location of the property is brilliant - lots to do in the area. I would maybe rent this unit again if it were a little more clean and renovated.

Cute Beachy Place

Couldn't get a better area in Oceanside. Right by the beach, walk to resturants and the marina or the pier. Stayed for my daughter's soccer tournament. The grounds were really pretty, wish we had more time to relax there. The Unit itself could use a little updating but it was cute, comfortable and plenty of room. Host was easy to contact and the guard on the property was really nice and helpful at check-in.

Great location and great view from rooftop deck

This condo was perfect for our week stay within walking distance of the surf and roomy enough for needed privacy.

The condo needs some work. Outside the Condo the gardens are beautiful and maintenance is excellent!

The worth condo ever

It was the worth rental house I have ever. The place was so dirty, smelling so bad, ants everywhere. Very old furniture, Closet was full of the host stuff (no space for our cloths). Linen and pillows was nasty and yellow. we tried to find another house but it was too late. Please, stay a way.

Great property on the beach

Property and amenities are nice. Big pool and Jacuzzi and tropical plants everywhere. Great location! You can walk to the beach, the pier, and the harbor. Views from the balcony are amazing!

Beach front relaxation

We enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village. It's a nice place. Our unit was sufficient in size and accommodation for five adults. There were enough beds and and two bathrooms made it convenient enough. Nice views from the upper and lower balconies. Easy access to the grounds and the parking facility with the elevator so close to our unit. Nice to be able to walk such a short distance and be on the beach. Kitchen had quite a few utensils and appliances, but we still had to get some of our own. Hide-a-beds (2) mattresses were quite worn and not too comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the facilities

Perfect location!

Our family of 4 spent a wonderful week at this condo! The location is awesome...walking distance to some great places to eat and super close to the beach and the pier. The grounds are gorgeous! The pool is huge and well kept. The sauna and gym were a plus as well. Also close to Legoland. The beds in the condo were very comfy and we had tons of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Great beach town!

Great location, dirty, old unit.

The location and property were outstanding, walking distance from plenty to keep you busy for a week. We loved the atmosphere of the property and really enjoyed the near by beach. The pier and strand were always entertaining and the food everywhere we went was top notch. The particular room itself was not the cleanest by any means. There were cob webs, stained and old carpet, old not comfortable beds and furniture, broken toilet/sink/shower door, old mattress stored under newer matress , very old televisions, mold and soap build up in showers, excessive amounts of random unneeded stuff that clutters free space all over, patio furniture was broken and useless except for those cheap uncomfortable white plastic chairs, the entire place is in desperate need of a paint job....baseboards have drips, stains, and dust of who knows and walls are just gross. Overall the condo needs an update in many aspects. My mother left a key in the dresser drawer on accident, and when we asked if they found it, they wanted to charge $25 because they had to go back to find it, and that didn't include fees to ship it back!!!!....how was it not found during the cleaning???, probably the reason the entire place is in the shape it is in...sad. The owners are friendly people that responded to our questions in somewhat of a timely manner and opened their home to us. The property is pretty cool with its lush jungle grounds and decent gym and game room. The pool was nice and the public showers were great. There was nice bbq in public area and the coy pond kept the kids interested on walks around the property. I would definitely stay again at this property, but hesitate to stay in this unit until the owners put a big chunk of change back into their investment/ rental. As I looked around the property I found the same prices on way more updated and clean units, now I know. As an fyi: everywhere has a happy hour menu for drinks and food that are reasonably priced, just ask...hours are usually like 3-7; Betty's had the best fish, Mary's had the best breakfast, Benitos pizza is a must stop...we got the 24 inch, mind blowing good!!!!, Mexican cantina near regal theater had great night life with live band, walk and ride the coaster to San Diego or another great city like Carlsbad, grab lunch at the harbor shopping mall, shop at the farmers market, but spend most of your time on the beach.....we had a blast in this area and made some great memories.
