We also checked the main room TV after your departure and were unable to find an issue, but we’re sorry it gave you trouble during your stay. We’re also sorry the closest elevator was out for much of Saturday. The elevators are maintained by the HOA, but we understand how frustrating it can be when the nearest one is unavailable, even with other elevators on property. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the updated condo, clean and upscale feel, close proximity to the beach, beautiful bedroom views, and the extra lounger chairs. We’re happy those touches helped make your stay enjoyable. We’re sorry to hear that some of the kitchen items and supplies did not meet your expectations. We do provide a starter supply of paper products, including four rolls of toilet paper, but guests staying longer may need to purchase additional items during their visit. We’ve found that keeping certain shared pantry items, such as spices, oils, foil, and wraps, stocked consistently can be difficult in a vacation rental setting, but we appreciate your suggestions and will review the kitchen inventory with the owner. We also understand how frustrating the elevator outages must have been, especially while staying on the 3rd floor. The elevators are maintained by the HOA, and we will continue to pass along guest concerns so they understand how much this impacts the guest experience. Thank you again for the helpful feedback.
