Fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful beach vacation. You will fall in love with this central Venice Beach setting mixed with an old Florida vibe. Our one-bedroom condo is stylish and comfortable with our guests' desires in mind. Come explore all Venice, Florida and the surrounding areas have to offer. Beach equipment provided!! There are shared spaces such as the Courtyard. Shared outdoor table and chairs/loungers are provided.

Our beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo comes with everything you need for a stress-free vacation. Enjoy your time exploring the nearby beach, looking for shark teeth. Spend time on our shared patio area in the sun or exploring the nearby downtown Venice, Florida shops and restaurant. Our fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area to relax in and complimentary Wi-Fi await your arrival. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, umbrella and a small cooler are provided for you. Also provided are linens and bathroom towels to ensure a hassle-free vacation. It’s just a short trip to shopping, grocery stores and more. Our place is the prefect fun in the sun getaway location.

Our condo sleeps 4 with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa sleeper.

Guests will have self-check in. You will be provided with a code for entry on the keypad in your booking site inbox.

We have convenient free parking available: Parking space 103 is for you to use – Turn onto Armada Rd. for parking.

Free public street parking is also available around the complex for extra vehicles.

Pay-per use Laundry Facilities are located under the stairway.
