The Ritz Residence at Singer Island is wonderful, and the service truly lives up to the Ritz reputation.A few things to know before you go: the main pool was unfortunately under repair, discovered just 2 days before our check-in. The lower pool is still available, but getting there means walking through the parking garage via a somewhat circuitous route to reach the pool/beach access door. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. The outdoor patio lounge chair cushions were missing when we arrived, but the owners brought new (albeit different) ones within the first 2 days. Parking is in a gated, covered garage, but the unit doesn’t come with a key fob — you’ll need to ask the security guard each time you come and go. We also only received 2 keys initially, which made navigating the property difficult for our family of 5; after working through this with the property manager, we received 2 more.On the plus side, we loved the theater room, the gym is excellent, and having access to the boardroom was a great help for some midweek work meetings.
