HOA Hurricane restoration updates - important
- The HOA is replacing the hallway and steps flooring in the buildings as well as the condo access doors. This work is ongoing so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour while some tile landings may be briefly blocked yet you will always be able to reach your condo. Exterior painting and landscaping is currently scheduled late summer/early fall 2026. There is potential for daytime noise during this work.
