Cute and adorable for a quick weekend beach getaway. Host was responsive and very nice. It’s perfectly located and surprisingly quiet! Will definitely return!!

Cute, clean little gem of a place, perfect location. Right in the heart of St John’s pass behind the shops, but so quiet you wouldn’t even know it. Nice outdoor seating area in back, right on the water. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked like it had everything needed, with nice new renovation. Walk to beach access across the main road, walk to all the shops and marina of John’s Pass, while everyone else fights over the pay parking spaces. Towels and beach chairs provided. Assigned parking space right at the unit. Excellent communication from hosts. A great experience.

The property is very very nice. The location is exactly what you’re looking for and the room is certainly satisfactory. The only reason why the property isn’t getting a 5 star review is because the size and cleanliness of the bathroom left some room for imagination. Certainly not a reason not to book, just something important to keep in mind when managing your expectations.

Place was comfortable and clean. Bathroom could use some update. Tub/shower surround tile was peeling off. Looks like the tile was painted over. I suggest that it would help if there was a wall to wall retractable clothes line hanging over the tub for drying bathing suits and such since the towel bar was broken and just sitting there. The entrance of the units especially the door mats can use some sprucing up. It was worn out and dusty. I loved the kitchen as it was fully equipped. Good parking. The bedroom was comfortable. One of the decorative pillows on the big couch was fraying. Overall, it suited our needs. Good location; close to everything and the beach.

The description was deceptive. The property was old; description said it had been renovated. Kitchen looked renovated but rest of property was not. Bathroom was a disgrace. Door scraped on floor. Tile had been painted over and was flaking off. Furniture was old and dumpy.

From the beginning I called Expedia to ask for the code to get into the property and one hour later (frustrated beyond belief) they finally found my reservation and told me I get the code one hour before check in. The property was old and uncomfortable, no dishwasher, no sponge or dish rag to clean the dishes so I had to assume everyone before me just rinsed and put away. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the kitchen table was so small that two dinner plates could barely fit. The place smelled musty and we left Saturday morning early. Complete disappointment.

It was a great location for a short weekend trip. The location was walking distance to all the shops and John Pass restaurants. Will most likely try a different place next time but we are glad to have visited at this location.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean, newly remodeled, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and very close to the boardwalk. It comfortably accommodated our family of five, and we appreciated the extra bedding and pull-out couch.Communication was easy, and the recent updates to the condo were very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made some wonderful family memories. Thank you for hosting us!
