We loved this spot. It’s right next to the beach parking lot and has a nice, wind guarded patio for when you want to migrate up from the beach.

everything was just as advertised - beautiful property!and a well stocked kitchen! along with amazing pots, pans and dishware!we only had some difficulty with TV and a few too many remotes in the living room ....and lost power around 10 pm - so had some difficulty finding the breaker box (outside ) - but the off hours response was quick and resolved our issues - Had a wonderful stay!

Ideally located near beach and small downtown area. Place was impeccable and fit our party of 5 easily. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any place I stayed with plenty of coffee choices. We enjoyed watching the World Cup games on the large living room TV that could be watched from around the fire pit. The fire pit, outdoor heater, hot tub and indoor heat pump all came in handy for this often foggy location, even in July. Would highly recommend this place for a pleasant vacay in Stinson Beach.

Perfect Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location. 1 minuted walk to the beach. House had everything we needed to make meals and relax. Stayed for 4 nights with our dog and 3 teenagers. Layout is great with bedrooms on opposite sides so you have privacy. 3 full bathrooms is a huge plus. The property management was very responsive and brought extra bed linens and supplies. Would definitely come back again!!!!

A Dream Location

This is the perfect house, a mix of modern and rustic. Very charming, we loved it so much! The grounds are beautiful. It has absolutely everything you need! We can't wait to go back!!

Stinson Beach Weekend

We celebrated a special birthday with a small group of family and friends. The house was perfect to enjoy a casual afternoon by the beach.The location was perfect! We would highly recommend!

Short beach Getaway

We had a fabulous time. My grandsons first beach experience. He loved the water, not so keen on the sand. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower. The location is terrific. Easy walk for a morning coffee or sunset wine down on the beach.

Perfect Beach House

This is a fantastic property in so many ways. The location is amazing. The beach is a 20 second walk but you still have the privacy of a fenced in property (great for traveling with small children and a small dog). The home is welcoming and so comfortable. Each of the 3 bedrooms has excellent bedding, great showers (plenty of towels), and stocked with soap and shampoo. The kitchen is wonderful. We gathered at the kitchen counter or at the outdoor table for meals. The hot tub is wonderful, especially for early morning sun rises. This is a super special property. Thanks to the owners for sharing it!

The hot tub is warm and clean and the outdoor fireplace adds to the ambiance. You can hear the ocean from the yard, and the property gate opens up to the beach parking lot. Couldn’t be a more convenient location. House is super clean and comfortable and accommodated us really well. Highly recommend! Also love the ladies at highway one - top notch!
