Beliggende kun tre huse fra stranden, har dette charmerende sommerhus hvidt havudsigt fra fordækket og stuen. Rene og friske, dette sommerhus er perfekt til din familieferie. Stranden ligger kun få skridt væk, så dine børn kan køre hjem til frokost. Badeværelset er blevet opdateret, og der er en udendørs bruser til sandede børn. Dette hjem har en maksimal kapacitet på 6 personer til enhver tid. Gas Grill. Kæledyr betragtes. Lejere medbringe kæledyr: Yderligere kæledyr gebyr for hvert kæledyr: $ 25 / night capping ud på $ 150 per uge for længere ophold, $ 50 ekstra rengøringsgebyr, $ 500 depositum. Great location with house mishaps

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach and location were incredible. The house was charming and quirky but not well kept. The kitchen sink/disposal was clogged upon arrival and we could not use it or the dishwasher for several days until fixed. The backyard had numerous large dog poops that had not been picked up from the previous stay. The batteries in the remote were out of power etc... property one management was helpful and communicative. However they said they would ask for a discount for me given the stress we endured during our stay and I have not heard back regarding this deserved discount. We would definitely visit stinson again but likely not stay in this house unfortunately. We have stayed in several other houses out here without these kind of maintenance issues. With better maintenance, this house could be functional enough for a relaxing get away.

Stunning location feet from the beach. Beautiful, cozy house with all amenities. Local shops and hiking made this stay ultra memorable. Dog friendly was a huge bonus!

Everything about this trip was great, from the booking, picking up the 'key', the house, proximity to beach, and communication. We asked for a late checkout (if possible) and the company called back twice allowing us to take our time on the beach and checking out. Highly recommend! Our Doberman also loved everything about this place!!

We enjoyed the front deck on the windy days as it was sunny and has an ocean view but without the beachfront wind. The beds were fine. The house is a rental and well used. Know it could use a deep clean but that may not take care of the houses condition because it’s in the sand and well loved. As others have said the couches are uncomfortable but leather doesn’t hold sand. Great food at Parkside. Ok food at Beachcombers. Close drive to hiking and great beach walks.

The location is AMAZING - directly adjacent to the beach with ocean views from the spacious large deck. Another amenity not picture in the photos is a beautiful dining patio in the backyard. The kitchen is very well-stocked, and the house is very comfortable. It's too bad it is limited to 6 occupants because it seems designed to sleep 8 and would fit 2 families.

Great house for families with young kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect- you are steps to the beach and can also walk to town and grab take out etc... House is set up well for young kids. E.g., kids sleep in the bunk room at the back of the house while the adults watch the stars from the deck or a movie at the front of the house. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Outdoor shower is private and great for keeping the sand out of the house. There are no beach toys or chairs provided with the house, so bring your own (which we always do regardless). Inside of house is well equipped: board games, plenty of towels and sheets, kitchen accoutrements etc... Neighbors are very friendly.

Fabulous Family and Dog Friendly

What a wonderful time we had! Please, don’t worry about the couches (see other comment) as they are in fine, clean condition though they are leather and comfortably worn in. This place is just perfect for sandy kids and dogs, just steps from the beach, near a volleyball court and walking distance to town. It is small but functional, well equipped, and very clean. Big backyard, but the fenced front deck is bigger than it looks, so we all spent more time there. The hot outdoor shower took the chill and sand off after an ocean swim. Wi-Fi was plenty strong for telecommute. Would return in a heartbeat.

Great BEACH Cottage

This little (and older) cottage is great for people desiring a beach getaway. If your ideal vacation is to be on the sand and outside it’s perfect! It is not the house for people who would rather stay inside all day or desire a luxury rental. We will definitely be returning! Don’t let the bad review from from March 2021 scare you away. Just know it’s all about location at this property.

The deck was great but not much else

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice to be so close to the beach however the house is in need of a serious up date and thorough cleaning. The bed were hard, the sheets and towels were rough and old. Everything in the kitchen was greasy to the touch. The bathroom had mold in the shower and needed caulking and cleaning. The brown sofa in the living room was well worn with holes. The whites leather coffee table in the living room was stained and well worn. There was no pad under the living room rug and it slipped curled up. The view from the front deck was nice but I did have to look over neighbors frolicking in their hot tub and taking outdoor showers. I have rented before in Stinson and this is the first place in such bad condition.
